monolocale ben disposto
Grande palazzina con più appartamenti, alcuni con bagno esterno.
Monolocale spazioso e ben disposto unici nei: senza terrazza e vasca molto scomoda. I proprietari molto disponibili.
Distanza dalla spiaggia più attrezzata 10 minuti a piedi, ma collocato giusto dietro il porticciolo davvero grazioso con possibilità di balneazione
Località di Banjole poco servita sebbene la spiaggia di Centinera sia molto bella.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Die Lage war ok, ein Restaurant war direkt in der Nähe (von einer Deutschen betrieben). Der Ort ist klein aber sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Pula und Medulin sind sehr gut erreichbar 10 Min. mit Auto, es fährt aber auch ein Bus. - Das Apartment war doch etwas abgewohnt. Der Vermieter bzw. die Person die sich darum kümmert ist jederzeit vor Ort spricht aber leider anders als in der Beschreibung angegeben kein Deutsch oder Englisch sonder nur Kroatisch, was die Kommunikation doch etwas erschwert. Zum größerem Strand ist es doch etwas weiter zu laufen. Es gibt einen kleinen in der Nähe in einer Bucht aber da liegen auch zig Boote und das Baden ist dort nicht so schön. Zum nächsten Konsum ist es auch etwas weiter. Es gibt in der Nähe leider auch kein Bäcker so dass man immer zum Konsum muss.

Cicho i spokojnie.
Sympatyczni właściciele, dobrze wyposażony apartament. Niewielka odległość od atrakcji turystycznych. Blisko do niezatłoczonych plaży. - Cieknąca klimatyzacja. Nieuciążliwe, ale widoczne usterki techniczne: obruszane gniazdko elektryczne, brak podświetlenia lustra w łazience.
