The house TENA with 2 apartments built in 2011 stands on the outskirts of Liznjan, bordering a forest. Shops, restaurant approx. 600 m, Medulin 1.5 km, rocky / pebble beach 2 km. This exclusive holiday apartment is located in the town of Liznjan, a small fishing village, in the immediate vicinity of the famous tourist town of Medulin. Medulin leaves almost nothing to be desired. Children love this place, sandy / pebble beaches, countless playgrounds, water slides and trips on the shuttle train offer the youngest an exciting environment to discover. One of the biggest highlights is of course the Family / Lunapark. The many bays and secluded beaches offer rest-seeking relaxation to guests seeking tranquility. In the evening you can enjoy the time with a stroll through the numerous souvenir stands, with a visit to the family park or simply enjoy the sunset in a cozy beach bar and let your mind wander.

Entschleunigung pur , und besser als erwartet

Wir waren absolut begeistert vom Apartment , der Vermieter , seine Frau und die Kinder waren sehr zu vorkommend und nett . Alles da im Apartment zum leben . Der Whirlpool ist der Oberknaller, Perfekt . TV sogar mit Deutschen Programm , man fühlt sich wie zu Hause , wir kommen sehr gerne wieder .

Schöne Ferienwohnung etwas abseits vom Trubel

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage etwas abseits vom Trubel gelegen. Zu den Stränden sind es ca 2km, entweder nach Medulin oder zum Ortsstrand in Liznajan. Der Vermieter Denis spricht gut Deutsch und ist wie seine Familie sehr nett. Er wohnt unter den beiden Appartments im Erdgeschoss.

Tolles großzügiges Apartment mit hervorragenden Gastgebern

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Denis und seiner Familie. Das Apartment ist sehr gut geschnitten und bietet alles, was man für den Alltag braucht. Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Ruhig und doch zentral.

Sehr schönes und modern eingerichtetes Apartment. Die zwei Wohnungen liegen im OG und die Vermieter wohnen im EG. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für Menschen die nicht unbedingt eine Disko oder Kneipe um die Ecke haben wollen. Ruhig und etwas abgelegen liegt das Haus im Grünen. Mit dem Auto ist Medulin in 5 Minuten erreichbar und zum berühmten Sandstrand /Promenade in Medulin 10 Minuten. Wenn man in die andere Richtung fährt (Liznjan) dann kann man über einer sehr holprigen Straße die Beach Bar Kalahari und den Windsurf Spot Liznjan erreichen. Sehr schöne kleine Badebucht, und zu unserer Zeit mäßig besucht (Nebensaison).

Alles wie beschrieben

Die Wohnung ist wie abgebildet und beschrieben. Es fehlt einem an nichts, so dass man hier eine tolle Urlaubszeit verbringen kann. Der Vermieter Denis spricht sehr gut Deutsch und ist sehr bemüht, seinen Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Vielen Dank nochmal für den tollen Urlaub.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub , die Ferienwohnung top sauber ,modern und ordentlich . Kann , nein muß man weiter empfehlen ,man kommt als Fremder und geht als Freund denn abgesehen von der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung wohnt der Vermieter auch auf dem Grundstück . Denis der perfekt Deutsch spricht achtet drauf das alle Wünsche und Belange der Gäste problemlos erfüllt werden . Nur eins darf man nicht!!!!Gegen ihn Billard spielen , er gewinnt immer :-)) Gern kommen wir wieder !

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Sie ist mit allem nötigen ausgesattet. Der Vermieter spricht sehr gut deutsch und ist sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits, zum nächsten kleinen Supermarkt und Bäcker sind es ca. 10-12 Min. zu Fuß.

Tolle Ferien in Kroatien

Die Angaben im Online Inserat sind sehr genau was Lage und Ausstattung betrifft. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite egal um was es geht. Jederzeit würde ich die Ferienwohnung meinen Freunden empfehlen. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es ein vorzügliches kroatisches Restaurant zirka 15 Min. zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt. Unbedingt den "Creek Salad" probieren. Viele schöne Badebuchten sind innerhalb von 10-20 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Das este Mal in Kroatien und es war wunderschön

Wir waren das erste Mal in Kroatien und wurden sehr freundlich und nett empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und nett eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und entsprach der völlig der Beschreibung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ausgezeichnet. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. Generell können wir auch nur sagen, es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Kroatien bietet sowohl kulturell wie auch landschaftlich sehr viel. Die Menschen sind gastfreundlich und sehr nett. Wir werden bestimmt mal wieder kommen.

--- Perfekter Urlaub, pefekte Erholung ---

Hallo Denis, hiermit wollen wir (2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder) uns bei Euch bedanken. Wir hatten einen tollen erholsamen Urlaub. Euer Haus ist wunderschön, abseits der Hauptstraße gelegen, mit dem Blick ins Grüne. Von der Wohnung aus kann man die Kirchtürme von Liznjan und Medulin sehen. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet, die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern halten die Mücken draußen und durch die Rolläden an den Fenstern heizt sich die Wohnung auch bei heißen Tagen nicht so sehr auf. Zudem hatte Denis im Frühjahr eine Überdachung und eine gemütliche Lounge auf dem Balkon eingerichtet. Unser Tipp für's Baden in der Nähe ist die "Beach Bar Kalahari". It was amazing

It was amazing. The house was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The owner was kind and answered all our questions. The beach is nearby (30 minutes walking) and there are many restaurants and shops on the boulevard. Our kids (12 and 14) liked it also really much, and they said it was one of the best vacations ever. So, greatly recommended!!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in ruhig gelegener Wohnung

Denis und seine Familie haben uns am Anreisetag herzlich begrüsst. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Bei Fragen konnte man sich immer an Denis wenden, der ausgezeichnet Deutsch spricht. Mit dem Auto ist man in 3 Minuten am Hafen von Medulin wo sich etliche Restaurants befinden. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder unseren Urlaub in einen von Denis Wohnungen verbringen.

Einwandfreier Aufenthalt bei super netten Vermiete

Wir waren Ende Mai, zu zweit, in einer der beiden Ferienwohnungen im OG zu Gast. Diese hätten wir auch ganz bequem zu viert Bewohnen können. Die Wohnung machte einen sauberen, Modernen und sehr aufgeräumten Eindruck auf uns. Auf dem durchaus großzügigen Balkon lud eine Wohnlandschaft zum verweilen in der Sonne oder mit den Nachbarn ein. Aber auch der Vermieter im UG steht für ein Gläßchen Bier gerne parat. Die sehr ruhige Lage des Hauses in Kombination mit den äußerst kurzen Entfernungen zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dem Strand oder diversen Restaurants war für uns unschlagbar! Zu Fuß ist alles binnen zehn Minuten bequem zu erreichen! Wir können Denis als Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen und sehnen uns schon nach dem nächsten Besuch.

Der tollste Urlaub meines Lebens!

Sehr schone Ferienwohnungen und wunderbare deutschschprachige vermiter. Wunderschones sehr sauberes mehr, chillen beim grillen und Gitare spielen im freien. Alles ist in der nahe von dem Haus und trotzdem in einer ruhigen Lage. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und freuen uns schon drauf ;) Danke!
