Domek w spokojnej i cichej okolicy, nikt nie przeszkadza. Pełne wyposażenie w kuchni. Właściciele bardzo mili. Jedyna wada to że do plaży najlepiej dojeżdżać samochodem. Ogólnie polecam, na pewno tam wrócimy.

Alles toll, wunderschöner Ausblick und ruhige Lage! Viele Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Leider viele Gelsen, deshalb konnten wir die schöne Terasse nicht nutzen! Das Stiegengeländer im Obergeschoss ist leider nicht kindersicher (die Gitterstäbe sind viel zu weit auseinander).

Häuschen im Grünen

Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen, in den Hügeln nach Podgora oberhalb der Küste. 3 separate Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer und eine großzügige Wohnküche passten perfekt zu unseren Bedürfnissen. Der wunderbare Grillplatz und der Olivengarten runden das Domizil perfekt ab, von der Hauptterrasse und den beiden oberen Balkonen hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf die Adria. Der Weg zum Meer mag sportlich kein Problem sein, jedoch empfiehlt sich für den gemütlichen Strandausflug das Auto zu nehmen. Nach Süd und Nord gibt es einige schöne Möglichkeiten. Das Nachtleben in Markarska ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, bis ca. 2.00 Uhr geht''s draußen ab danach verlagert sich alles in die in der Altstadt verteilten Clubs und Diskotheken. Die Restaurants sind so lala - vom Billig Touri Imbiss bis wirklich gutes einheimisches Restaurant ist alles vertreten. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und waren sehr zufrieden und können das Haus sicher weiter empfehlen.

Domek fajny, przestronny, widoki piękne, jednak zdecydowanie za daleko do plaży oraz miasteczka

3 ładne pokoje, wyposażona kuchnia, pralka, miejsce na grilla, widoki piękne, spokojna okolica. - Zdecydowanie za daleko na plażę, do miasteczka i jakiekolwiek sklepu (musieliśmy ciągle jeździć samochodem). Brak klimatyzacji w jednym z pokoi. Jedne miejsce parkingowe. Według zdjęć zaparkować można dwa auta, jednak w rzeczywistości nie da rady, chyba że auta są małe.

waren im großen und ganzen zufrieden

Die Unterkunft war so wie im Internet mit Bildern beschrieben, wir hatten aber große Mühe sie zu finden. Die Verständigung mit dem Vermieter war sehr schwierig, da "Grundkenntnisse in Englisch" übertrieben war. Das Haus war sauber, etwas muffig, mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Der 3. Schlafraum hat nur ein kleines Doppelbett, nicht für große Leute geeignet. Die Parkniesche vor dem Haus war zu klein für unsere beiden Autos. Der Garten mit den Sitzplätzen und dem Grillplatz war sehr schön, vom Balkon aus gab es einen herrlichen Blick auf die Adria. Das Haus ist geeignet für Urlauber, die die Ruhe suchen. Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu weit entfernt, um sie zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der nächstgelegene "wilde" Strand ist sehr beschwerlich zu erreichen.

Un alloggio indimenticabile per gli amanti della tranquillità

Una casetta a due piani circondata da un giardino completamente ombreggiato da ulivi, situata a qualche centinaia di metri dalla strada costiera principale, inserita in un contesto di poche case sparpagliate qua e là, che regala la perfetta combinazione di una casa appartata senza però sentirsi completamente isolati. Non manca davvero niente. Il giardino è completo di tutto , situato su due livelli e su ognuno dei quali non mancano tavoli e sedie. Un bellissimo barbecue attrezzato e illuminazione per la sera. In casa le due camere al piano di sopra oltre a godere di una vista mozzafiato hanno ciascuna un bellissimo terrazzino con sedie tavolo e ombrellone ! Arredamento sobrio ma attento a tutto ciò che può servire, aria condizionata in ogni stanza . Anche il bagno al piano di sopra gode della stessa vista delle camere e credete , entrare e avere di fronte quella luce e quel mare...è un gran piacere. Cucina attrezzata, piano cottura a induzione , macchinetta per il caffè . Nella zona giorno confortevoli divani. Qualità del sonno ottima. I proprietari di tanto in tanto capitano in loco, ma comunque per ogni necessità si può fare affidamento perchè basta una telefonata e si precipitano per risolvere qualunque problema. Raggiunta la strada principale, poi, si può accedere, dopo un pò di sentiero, a una spiaggetta di ciottoli da sogno, consigliata ai naturisti. Sconsigliata agli amanti delle comodità però! Il paese a un chilometro e mezzo è animato e i monti alle spalle offrono la possibilità di praticare trekking, bici, corsa ed escursioni varie. Nel contesto nel quale è inserita la casa assenza di negozi o comodità varie. Pulizia generale buona, biancheria pulitissima. Non ho assegnato il massimo punteggio alla pulizia perchè purtroppo trovare un ambiente davvero pulito, su tutte le superfici è davvero difficile. Soprattutto per case così grandi io consiglierei alle agenzie l''obbligo di assegnare a un impresa la pulizia, perchè se pure la proprietaria è una persona davvero attenta, tra un cambio di ospiti e un altro in poche ore è obbiettivamente impossibile riuscire a pulire tutto. Quindi si cerca di risistemare le cose principali. Animali ammessi, anche se a un prezzo un pò elevato ( 8 euro al giorno!). Da ritornarci.

Podgora vacation

The location is very nice, small and away from the bustle of the city, in a quiet area on a hill. It''s a little tiring climb, but we found a taxi for six people, so it was ok to come in the evening at the location. :) On the way to the beach you can walk down, it''s a beautiful walk. Please just be careful to the road and cars :)) We met the owner on arrival. He was very nice and he waited for us long enough, because we were a few hours late. We spent the evenings on the terrace outside, it was very nice so I recommend the location. - One of the rooms had no air conditioning, so some of us have suffered from heat.

A szállás nagyon szép, a tulajdonosok kedvesek, a szobák, berendezések, felszereltség teljesen jó volt. A kilátás gyönyörű. - A part alapjában véve nagyon nagyon messze volt, vagy 2 km biztos, a fele út, 800 méter úton, a többi meg egy erős hegymászótúra volt, kis ösvényeken, szederbokron, kaktuszokon "keresztül", a kocsi elengedhetetlen, anélkül otthon is kell maradni, mert nagyon megterhelő, egy hét alatt kétszer bírtuk megmászni ezt az utat...A legközelebbi strand meg vagy 4-5 km...

Séjour en famille très agréable- location en retrait de la ville mais très bien située,sur la montagne point de vue superbe des chambres situées en étage .les 2 coins repas situés dans le jardin sous les oliviers sont géniales . les propriétaires vraiment charmants. par contre il est indispensable d''avoir une voiture pour aller à la ville et aux plages pas de souci de stationnement il y a un emplacement réservé devant la maison. location sans problème pour 6 personnes. - manque climatisation dans la 3è chambre dommage.
