Our 75 m² self-contained apartment was designed to ensure you have a pleasant holiday.
It is located at the base of the Piste des Seigneurs (the most challenging run in France) in the Espace du Val d'Arly, part of the Espace Diamant ski area, which offers 192 km of slopes (Flumet/Praz-sur-Arly/Notre Dame de Bellecombe/Crest-Voland/Les Saisies)
The apartment is located below our restaurant and features a separate entrance on the side of the building, providing direct access to the car park as well as to our garden bordering the river.

In winter: There’s a ticket office right across the street where you can purchase your ski passes.
For ski equipment rentals, you’ll find Rey Sport right next door, offering great advice and competitive rates.
A free shuttle is available right across from the property. It takes you up to the “Les Evettes” base area, located 800 metres away, where you’ll find a children’s play area, the ESF ski school, lift ticket offices, and other ski lifts.
In summer: you have access to a large garden along the Arly River (a Category 1 river), ideal for barbecues.
Located 9 km from Megève, 15 minutes from Les Saisies, and 25 minutes from Albertville on the Route des Grandes Alpes.
Several swimming lakes within 5 km. Mountain bike trails, fishing spots, rock climbing, paragliding, hiking...
