Super nice cottage

The owner and agency were super nice people who were very solution focused and helpful even though we arrived too late to get to the island on the desired date! Minus. The neighbor was very close, like a few meters from the terrace. You can't really see this from the photos and it's not written anywhere. This was ok, but it was a surprise. We chose this accommodation because we had our highly reactive rescue dog with us and we wanted to have a very private place to relax. But everything else was perfect!

la baia è bella e frequentata da molte barche. la quiete è assicurata. la spiaggia davanti alla casa è di sassi grossi ma l''accesso al mare è buono. nelle vicinanze c''è una konoba molto carina che cucina pesce e carne, il menu è semplice. - la strada di accesso è di difficile percorribilità con macchine normali meglio avere un fuoristrada o comunque un auto alta. il paese dista cinque kilometri. la località non è fornita alcun servizio di approvvigionamento con una convenzione con un negozio vicino. non c''è l''acqua calda ma solo una doccia solare esterna. la cucina in modo particolare lascia molto a desiderare così come il bagno. non c''è un ingresso vero e proprio alla casa ma bisogna arrivarci passando vicino ad un''altra proprietà e con i bagagli è molto scomodo. sono ancora presenti calcinacci della costruzione e nel complesso la casa è troppo semplice. Il pontile di fronte alla casa è l''unico ancora in legno e piccino senza alcuna possibilità di mettersi stesi in quanto non c''è parte cementata se non solo l''invito al molo stesso a differenza di accessi di case vicine molto più curati e accessibili. il mare dista pochi metri ma lungo la stradina per raggiungerlo c''è una roulotte dismessa con depositato davanti un serbatoio di acqua; il rapporto qualità prezzo non c''è, è assolutamente eccessivo il costo rispetto ai servizi forniti. bisogna davvero adattarsi su troppe cose.
