Great location for beach stay

Lots of room for family to spread out, spacious kitchen, cool loft area, nice to have pool, hot tub, and pool table on the property. Corolla Light Resort amenities are great - family enjoyed access to the gym daily. Took advantage of being on the sound side to paddle board almost every day and had a great view to watch the 4th of July fireworks.

Lilybeth at Corolla Light

We had a fabulous time in Corolla. Lilybeth is a beautiful home, great location, superb cleanliness with plenty of fun things for the kiddos to do. There is plenty of space to stretch out if you have multiple guests. The kitchen was stocked with everything the family cook would need. We plan to stay again soon!!! Thanks for the hospitality!! Perfect for our gang!

With 10 adults and 6 young children (ages 5 mos.- 70 yrs) we all enjoyed this great house! Kids loved the loft, swimming pool and trolley rides to and from the Corolla Light Beach and pools. Adults also enjoyed the house pool, well equipped kitchen and all the perks that came with the Corolla Light wristbands. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to feel very comfortable. LilyBeth Review

Overall, LilyBeth was a great rental property and we were very happy with the accommodations. We loved the location to the beach and Corolla Light amenities. The size of the rooms, number of bathrooms and the renovated spacious kitchen were really nice and the kitchen was fully stocked with any items we needed for cooking and cleaning. The new pool and hot tub were a hit as well. A few things I would note for feedback 1) we prepared many meals and it was difficult not having a sink disposal; 2) a couple of the bathrooms should have walk-in showers. I was nervous about my elderly mother potentially slipping when getting in the shower; 3) one more of the rooms should have two double beds or multiple bunk beds. We had a few young adult sons who were not comfortable sleeping in a king together so determining the sleeping arrangements for 12 people was a little challenging; 4) the first level game room could use some updating as well as the bathrooms.

Thank you for the feedback, Megan. As noted in our listing, LilyBeth is not suitable for those with mobility issues. I’m sorry that our configuration made sleeping tough for your adult sons, we accurately reflect one bunk room and one two double beds room configuration for people to accurately decide whether the home will be a good fit for their group. For most families who travel together having 5 kings with the two doubled up rooms works great. Wishing you a better fit for your future travels.

The owner Andrea was awesome she reached out as soon as we booked. We had a smooth check in and wonderful stay. We were there from 8/17-8/24/25 hurricane Erin fortunately stayed south and we did not have to evacuate. Andrea stayed in contact making sure we were ok the whole time. We had plenty of room for the 8 of us with lots of room to spare. Loved the pool, hot tub, corn hole boards, and the pool table got the most use. We enjoyed relaxing by the sound while everyone fished and went crabbing. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need and then some. We were happy to find beach chairs in the outside shower room so now we know for next time that’s less stuff we need to bring. The ocean was a beast because of the hurricane but awesome to sit and watch and go ankle deep. If the double red flags are flying make sure you pay attention and listen to the lifeguards who are super helpful. We did get to take our trucks out once to the 4x4 beach to fish before the hurricane but unfortunately never saw the wild horses as we think they were hunkering down. Make sure you get your North Carolina fishing license for the week 14 and get a 4x4 parking pass when you book.We love the Corolla Light Resort amenities such as the ocean side pools and restaurant. This was a great vacation minus the hurricane, but that just adds to our story.Fun shopping at Timbuck II and Super Wings we had a delicious dinner at Fat Crabs. Can’t wait to book again at LilyBeth!!!
