Parking could not be used if we were not staying inside the property and could get blocked by other tenants.. had no hot water the first day and half and had insects in the living roomThe beds are hard as a rock and was clearly not worth 300 per nightThe owner did help us find a parking but who lease an appartement in Montreal to stay in and not leave ?Also other tenants were noisy

Lovely stay

My husband, mother and cousin and I enjoyed the apartment greatly. Large bedrooms, comfortable living area and a beautiful back balcony (wish there was furniture to enjoy on the balcony). The handrail to arrive into the apartment was very loose. Otherwise it was truly a perfect location. Try La Bella Restaurant!!

Neat property with adequate amenities. Parking could be problematic at times. No plug / stopper in bathtub.

Overall, we had a good stay and the place had all the basic necessities needed for a comfortable home away from home.A few things to note: there is only one AC unit by the entrance, so the bedrooms were pretty warm, especially at night. I also had a minor freak-out when I couldn’t figure out how to open the microwave! Just a heads-up for future guests: you have to press the “Open” button on the panel first, and then press the “Eject” button.The kitchen sink faucet handles could also use a little tightening, as the whole faucet moves when you turn the handles. There were also a few spider webs in the corners that could use some attention.Aside from these small things, we found the place had everything we needed for the weekend. We were mostly out during the day and only really at the apartment in the evenings.

Large, clean apartment near good food

The apartment is a great 3 bedroom on the second floor just off the Trans Canada highway close to whom we were visiting. The property manager answered any messages or questions we had quickly and friendly. Clean and maintained, we pretty much had everything we expected in the apartment. The neighbourhood was quiet and some great restaurants just one block away. Great having a washer/dryer, air conditioning.Parking is not guaranteed with multiple units using the same driveway. Street parking is busy.Otherwise, thumbs up and I'd keep this property in mind for future visits.
