Up to eight guests can be accommodated in air conditioned luxury. The property is located in the prestigious residential area of ​​Bonaire.

Located in the Bay of Pollença, Bonaire is home to a picturesque marina, diving school, kayak rentals, several bars, restaurants, pharmacies and a coastal minimarket.

The walled city of Alcudia, the seaside resorts of Port Alcudia and Puerto Pollença are just a short drive away. The house is surrounded by a well-planted garden. There is a vast view of the sea and the Serra de Tramuntana. It has also secured off road parking.

The gardens are dominated by a large designer infinity pool. The pool has a decked platform resplendent with a curtained double Balinese lounger and easy chair.

Stepping stones cross the pool to the covered dining terrace where al fresco meals can be enjoyed at the large dining table. There are also several easy chairs. Behind the stepping stone is the children's pool area. The front yard has another dining area surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.

During the day, you can sunbathe and swim in the garden and pool. But they really become magical after sunset. Don't hesitate to turn your garden into a fascinating wonderland and create a mood lighting system that is difficult for guests to leave.

The interior of this property is beautifully furnished and well maintained. The superb lounge area has a huge sofa, chaise, several easy chairs, feature wood burner, satellite TV and high speed wifi. Floor to ceiling glass doors access the covered dining terrace. The views are of the pool and gardens.

The dine in kitchen is high spec and very well equipped. Large glass doors lead to a covered terrace and garden.

A majestic staircase made of metal and glass leads to the upper floors. The landing has a casual seating area with chaise lounges, perfect for quiet reading and relaxation.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with views of Polenza Bay from the top of the tree. The private bathroom has a unique free-standing bathtub, double sink and walk-in shower. The glass wall slides back to open both the bedroom and bathroom into a large covered, furnished balcony.

The spiral staircase leads to a furnished roof terrace, ideal for watching the sunset and features a large double lounger.

No home is perfect; in all honesty, here are the lowdowns of this place:

- The waterfall by the pool is out of order due to technical issues but the pool area is still amazing and up-and-running

- You need a car to get to the property and move around

- End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided.
