Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would suggest upgrading the linens, but had everything we needed for our stay.

Beautiful house with a great outdoor area & pool! Everything both indoors and outdoors was clean and well-maintained. There was plenty of room to dock the boat and a shady spot to clean our daily catches. We even had daily visits from the manatees! This spot was perfect for our annual lobster trip!! Host was very responsive and an absolute joy to work with! We will definitely book here again!

Nice open layout, clean, great central location. Pool was nice. Enjoyed checking out the fish in the canal. The huge tiki hut and outdoor living area was fantastic!!!

The house overall was wonderful just some minor housekeeping issues. Make sure you bring toilet paper and paper towels and if you have more than four people, make sure you bring additional wash clothes and laundry detergent other than that the house was wonderful. The tiki bar is absolutely amazing to enjoy meals underneath.

For our future guests we do supply toilet paper and papertowels and washclothes. We strive to make your stay as stress free as possible. We do have a local contact that if he were made aware of missing washclothes or if the cleaning people failed to put out the extra paper products, would have been attentive to that immediately. We did not get any communication from this group of guests so we were not given the chance to provide what they needed. This would have been a very easy fix. We also supply dishwashing tablets and liquid dishsoap, handsoap and garbage bags as well as some cleaning products. We do not supply laundry detergent but there is a washer and dryer available for use in the garage.

This property is just as it looks. The home is well decorated and cared for. Beds are comfortable. Pool is perfect. The cabana provides lovely sits in the shade while taking in the view. Our family of 5 loved it. Kids swam, fished the canal, enjoyed several visits from manatees. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a great location with the park down the street. The house is very comfortable. The property manager is very responsive. We had an issue with the pool and it was quickly resolved. The second fridge in the garage is a bonus. We would like to come back again.

Great keys home

Great home on the water. Stayed for a week with the family. Had our boat in the back yard. Perfect location, clean, friendly owners. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Great family vacation in the Keys!

We had a great time and Rhonda was a great host. Anything that came up she immediately replied and helped. The house was very well stocked for everything we needed. Would stay again!

Keys vacation

Great location. Hosts are very nice and accommodating. The place has plenty of room. Nicely appointed. The pool and Tiki are a great way to relax and enjoy the sea breezes. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it

June trip.

The trip went perfectly, the home is beautiful and easy to access via boat. The hosts were there to accept delivery of some new furniture and they were the nicest people. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay!

Highly recommend. Clean, convenient drive to restaurants and stores. Host reached out personally to ask if we needed anything. Top 5 places I’ve stayed at and I travel for a living. Will be booking again next year.

Paradise

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The outside patio and pool was wonderful too. We got to see the manatees outlook which we throughly enjoyed watching ! When we come back to the Keys we will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Keys house for a Perfect Keys Vacation

This property was extremely clean and well appointed. The pool was perfect to cool off and relax in. The HUGE covered patio was the STAR of the trip. There was always a cool breeze to be enjoyed under the shade of the enormous lanai! The owners were super helpful, friendly and down to earth. We WILL be back!

Great Rental!

This house was exactly as listed! There was plenty of towels and kitchen items. The pool area was spacious and relaxing! The caretaker Jim was very nice and informative about the area. Rhonda was a pleasure to deal with! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect family getaway

Beautiful place and a perfect setting. The property was as listed, clean and very well maintained. Close proximity to the beach and restaurants by car and a short walk to Dunkin’ Donuts which we walked to every morning. We seen manatees almost every day!! Rhonda was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here. And don’t forget the heated pool!!

The keys!

This house is a very nice place to stay. It is clean and in good condition. The owners were great to deal with. The location was great for boating with quick access to the ocean (just follow the well marked stakes through the shallows and you will be fine with any sized boat). We will definitely be back!

Roomy, relaxing, and with manatees!

We had a delightful stay at Sea Salt Cottage. The rooms are large, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the tiki hut and pool are great for reading and relaxing. There's some construction taking place on the other side of the canal, but the occasional noise wasn't bothersome. We were especially thrilled to see manatees in the canal -- they may have been the highlight of our trip. Communication with the owner was excellent.
