What an incredible place with a gorgeous view. The location is perfect- literally right next to the beach and so close to the main street with great shopping and delicious restaurants. The hosts were so helpful and attentive. It was like we were in a luxury hotel. We all enjoyed the comfortable beds, a closet full of puzzles and games, and a kitchen with all of the important supplies. Can’t recommend this place enough for your beach getaway.

Amazing location.

Spent a long wedding weekend at this property and everything was perfect. The house is stocked with everything you could ever need. The views and location are amazing. The hosts are very attentive and checked to be sure everything was as expected. Will definitely stay here again if we need a place in Avalon.

Wonderful location

This is a wonderful spot, with easy access to the park, playground, restaurants, and ice cream. We enjoyed having dinner on the deck while watching the world go by and the waves breaking. It is a stunning location. Grandparents with canes found it an easy walk to the beach.

Wonderful view and house!

We had a fantastic time in this house. The location and view are great and the house was very well set up. It came with the use of beach chairs and many other thoughtful touches throughout. The beds were comfy and the shades worked well. The outdoor shower was also great. The hosts were very responsive and friendly.

This was one of the best rentals I have had from VRBO. Everything was exactly as described and we were pleasantly surprised at all the extra amenities provided for us when we arrived. Dealing with Mike, the host, was convenient and easy. The home is beautifully decorated and spacious; the kitchen has newer appliances and is stocked with everything you need; the bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable; the bathrooms are up to date with lighted & fog proof mirrors, rainwater shower heads and beautiful glass tiles. We even enjoyed the gas powered fireplace one evening. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the place to make our stay enjoyable. This was a girl's trip and we all fell in love with the place. We hope to return in the future.

Paradise at the beach

We came down for the oldies show,But ended up just staying at this wonderful place instead,We just loved the place,The beautiful view and listening to the waves of the ocean. My parents, husband and my little guy and I had a wonderful extended weekend in Avalon! This home is so perfectly positioned & conveniently located. It is extremely clean, organized, and had all the amenities we needed, PLUS even more! Michael was an incredible host and was always so quick to respond, ensured we had a wonderful trip and we couldn't have ask for more from a host. Best of NJ shoreline

Stunning location adjacent to boardwalk and just steps from the beach. Beautiful updated space with plush hotel quality towels and linens. Amenities galore including honey stir sticks for tea, a gift basket with wines and snacks- all kinds of goodies. Absolutely nothing was lacking, floors passed the walk barefoot test, there was a wagon with beach toys for the kids and we would love to return. Best VRBO rental ever!
