Owner provided beach tags, beach chairs!, and beach toys. Kitchen was loaded with pots, pans, bowels, cutlery, coffee makers, good size fridge, microwave, washer/dryer. We came to Avalon with a a variety of ages of people. The pool was awesome with the hot tub. It allowed the adults to mingle with the toddlers in the pool. The Home was appointed with everything that you would need for your stay making packing much easier.

Had a wonderful stay. The house was clean. The pool was clean. We were all (5) comfortable and enjoyed ourselves. The buttons on the spa aren’t marked so that was a little confusing to figure out at first. Location was great! Took walks on the beach in the morning and late afternoon & went out to wonderful restaurants for dinner.

We had a lovely and magical stay at this property! The pool and hot tub area was the highlight but we also appreciated the proximity to the beach and to downtown Stone Harbor and the newly renovated and clean interior.

House was great and pool was a huge bonus. Only detractor is the house is a bit musty as older shore homes can be.

Cute beach house in a perfect location! The pool and hot tub can’t be beat, and as a family with small kids, we felt very comfortable knowing the pool was secured with locked gates. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the home had all the little touches that made our stay easy and enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience and we’d definitely come back!
