A relaxing seaside retreat on Florida’s Gold Coast.

This suite contains 2 double beds and a queen-size sleeper sofa bed.

A beachfront getaway on South Florida’s Singer Island. We are located on a coastal island that straddles the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. We are a two-room suite design, with a common area (living area, dining area, and kitchenette) and a bedroom.


A favorite destination for those visiting the Palm Beach area, the island is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Florida Intracoastal Waterway on the west.
All rooms at the resort are either has a pool-facing view or a partial-beach facing view. The partial-beach facing view is either facing North or South. None of the rooms actually face the beach (East).

Explore a variety of resort amenities including a swimming pool, spa, fitness room, whirlpool hot tub, kid’s club and poolside tiki bar and restaurant. And, of course, don't forget to sink in some well-deserved relaxation time on the resort's private beach!

The resort is centrally located and is a great jumping off point to explore the Everglades or Fort Lauderdale.

* You must provide us the Legal Name (matching Valid Photo ID) for us to put on the Guest Certificate within the first 24HRS of booking. Should you not provide this to us, we will put the name on your VRBO account. We can NOT change the name on the Guest Certificate once we have issued it after your booking and we can NOT offer a refund/cancellation as this is through our owner's contract. Our timeshare rents from Saturday to Saturday. The days that you rent should be between those two days. Therefore weekend stays ( Friday to Tuesday) or (Thursday to Monday) are not possible.

Our rental is for a minimum of 5 nights, and a maximum of 7 nights.

ROOM VIEW AND LOCATION
Most of our past renters ask for the Partial ocean view, 4th floor or higher, with 2 full beds. A "Partial Ocean View" is facing either North or South (i.e. facing up or down the beach). There is no room that faces East towards the beach. I can request a room with these parameters. Let me know if you want something different (i.e. a poolside view, ground floor, 1 king size bed).

RENTAL DAYS
What we own are Saturday to Saturday timeshares. We also own only 2 one-week timeshares. The most days we could book for rental would be 14 nights and this is only if both timeshare weeks are available and not already being used during the year. Staying for a full 7-night week would require checking in on a SATURDAY afternoon and checking out on a Saturday Morning. To stay in the resort for 2 (14 nights) weeks the resort may also require you to switch rooms after your first week or at least have your room cleaned before starting your second week. This is depending upon the current policy of the resort.

FLOATING TIMESHARE DESCRIPTION
What we own is a floating timeshare. Therefore, we do not own a specific unit in the resort. We can request specific units or areas of the resort depending on availability. Most of our past renters ask for the Partial ocean view, 4th floor or higher, with at 2 full beds. You can ask for something different (i.e. a poolside view, ground floor, 1 king size bed) and I will put in the request with the resort. I hope this answers your question.

DOWNPAYMENT
To book our timeshare we require full payment up front, NOT a partial down payment. It is also important to know that we have a MODERATE cancellation policy. Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
