Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

I’ve been to the Patricia Grand 3 times now and every time it is wonderful. The only setbacks this time were that the sheets and curtains were stained and the outdoor pool was dirty everyday and didn’t seem to get cleaned.

Location is great. Nice pools and great beach access. Clean public areas. This unit needs major updates. Carpet was matted and sticky, air conditioner made loud noises every time it turned on. Room was either too hot or too cold. Breakfast buffet was not worth the price. “Hot” food was cold, canned fruit was warm. Much better breakfast when we ordered off the menu-very fresh and hot.

Filthy, May have caught covid in room

There were clothes left in the room drawer for who knows how long. Air conditioning filthy. Carpet filthy. tub filthy. Staff awesome, Family caught Covid and went home early.

The kitchen and bathroom need to be updated. Also, there’s carpet on the floor which should be replaced with tile or laminate.

Beautiful location

Great property. Beautiful views. Room was clean and stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses and pots and pans. Negative was there was a large crack in the floor of the shower and water water draining out there. It was spongy. Cable tv never worked. They tried to fix it with a new clicker and reprogramming but we were never able to watch cable. Thank goodness for the DVD player that worked and the free dvd’s you are able to rent in the lobby. Property was clean for the most part, however some of the other guess were NOT very respectful of the property by not bringing glass or pets in the pool areas.
