Ideally located 100 meters from Pouliguen beach and less than one kilometer from the city center, this charming house with exposed beams, very comfortable and bright will delight you! As for discoveries, you can discover the embankment of La Baule and its beautiful villas, the medieval city of Guérande or the port of Croisic.

The rooms are all furnished with a double bed, one of which has a single bed that can be transformed into a double bed. It has a fenced garden with a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The American kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a freezer, a 4-burner gas cooker, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle.
