Perfect vacation home

Villa Tukan was the perfect vacation home for our family. The location is ideal for visiting everything the French side has to offer. The house is well stocked and had whatever we needed and more. We are already planning our return.

Another fantastic stay at Vill Tuna

This is our second stay at Villa Tukan and it was just as lovely as we remembered. The Villa itself is clean and well equipped, with a fantastic outdoor area and pool. The location can't be beat with an easy walk to beach clubs and nearby restaurants. Magalie was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful answering all of our questions on a timely basis. We can't wait to visit again!

Very good gasthouse

We enjoyed our stay at Tukan at orient bay. The house is very beautiful and neat and has a nice pool. We enjoyed the porch at the house. The beach at orient bay is on walking distance. We had a warm welcome and a nice check out and we could asked questions about the stay and the house. A very good place for a vacation for the family.

Fabulous!

The villa was extremely clean and beautifully designed and decorated. The location is perfect, close to everything in Orient Village, the grocery store, restaurants and beach. The privacy of the yard and pool was perfect. The three bedrooms are bright, comfy and immaculate. And the veranda off the bedrooms a delight. Seating was comfortable and plenty of areas to sit and read, lounge and relax. The kitchen was fully equipped and again, bright and very clean. The added bonus of a washer and dryer was great. Bottom line—— Fabulous!

Excellent location and house

The property was located near the beach and Orient Village. It was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. One caveat: the listing states that there is a Smart TV. If you do not speak French, you have only Netflix as an option. We could not get our login to work so no television for the week. While we don't watch it a lot, a movie one or two nights would have been nice. Perhaps we should have brought our firestick. Magalie was very responsive to our needs.

Wonderful stay right on the Orient Bay!

This was our fourth time back in SXM as a family, and we now have found a place we will want to come back to stay again and again from now on! Villa Tukan had everything we hoped for, and the place did not disappoint us. From the very beginning when we first reserved the house, through when we checked in and until our vacation ended, the host Magali was always very prompt in being in touch with us to answer our questions. When we arrived we were welcomed with coupons from her that got us complimentary sets of beach lounges and umbrellas for the six of us at no cost, which were otherwise renting for $30 a set for two daily, available at three different restaurant clubs right there on one of the best beach on the island! The house is so well equipped and furnished, that we could start our vacation and jump into the pool within fifteen minutes of our arrival without any problem. And when we later did have to call on her once during our stay, as the electric fuse to the oven tripped so it would not work but we did not realize it; Magali surprisingly showed up within 5-10 minutes to figure out the problem and fix it for us. After that, we only had to meet with her again when she came to say goodbye and check us out. With such a great time staying in this wonderful house, there is no doubt we will look forward to staying here again, on our next trip back.
