The cleaning service is included and cover the rental of bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.

On the first level of the apartment is the living room with a lounge area with TV et sofa, a dining room and an equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (induction hob, oven, microwave oven, etc.). This room opens onto the balcony of 6.5m2 facing South and furnished.

This level is completed by a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, storage space and a separate toilet.

A large dormitory for 4 people with 80x190 bunk beds (the sleeping area is not suitable for children under 6 years old).

In addition to the 2 private shower rooms, 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC complete this floor.

The layout of the apartment makes it ideal for accommodating 2 families or a group of friends (up to 10 people).
