Apartment for 6/8 people on the slopes with jacuzzi
La Grande Verdette residence is located along "Marmotte" slope which allows you to reach the snow front and the main ski lifts in a few seconds. Arrival and departure on skis at the foot of the residence.
Pedestrian access to the station takes just a few minutes!
This is a new residence is delivered by fall 2024.
This 54m² apartment offers warm decoration and high quality materials.
An indoor parking space (basement of the residence) is reserved for you.
You have a ski locker with boot dryer which opens directly onto the Bellard chairlift.
The apartment is made up of a living room opening onto a furnished balcony with jacuzzi facing south.
The living room offers a lounge area (convertible sofa for 2 peoples) - dining room and an equipped kitchen.
A first bedroom, facing south, is equipped with a 160 cm bed, a TV and has its own bathroom.
A second bedroom has a 160 cm bed and a TV as well.
Finally, the third bedroom offers a 90*200 cm bunk bed.
A bathroom and a separate toilet complete this apartment.
