The apartment has a separate entrance, living area, bathroom, small kitchen that includes a small refrigerator, microwave & sink. (Does not have a stove) Interior amenities include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 3 color cable TVs ( 2 upstairs & 1 downstairs), wireless internet & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower & covered porch. LINENS PROVIDED FOR 2023 (WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY). HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. ***NON Smoking and NO PETS ALLOWED***

Family Friendly

2 families stayed here for a week. House was just like the pictures. Be aware that they do not provide toliet paper, the beds have a "bedbug cover" on them but you have to put sheets on yourself. Beds were very comfortable! You can see the water from the deck but not the beach, which was fine for us but if you're wanting direct beachfront this is not it. I reported any issues I had the day after as we didn't notice them until late on our check in night and they had someone out pretty quick after they called me back. House smelled musty so we got air freshener. The floors didn't seem very well swept as you could feel sand when walking barefoot, but I figured there is no way around this with being that close to beach. Great parking out of the sun. Overall great stay and will be back again!

Disappointed

Property was somewhat clean, but floors were very gritty. The rules for shabumis, tents, and umbrellas are ridiculous! Even at 6:30 amthe tent rental companys already have claimed the majority of the spots so the beach experience was not very enjoyable. I was told there was no grill so I rented one for $100 and when we got there, there was a grill. Linens were provided, 1 towel and 1 bath cloth for each person, sheets, and no kitchen linens. Not what we are use to at all!

My 67th birthday. Quilting friends and family.

Despite checking in on the heels of Hurricane Ian, the property inside was ok. Siding on one side of the property was off but workers came on Wednesday to repair. The cleanliness of the inside was terrible. My friend likes to go barefoot inside. The bottom of her feet were black. The tile floor was soiled and obviously not mopped. Dust was under the sofas and chest. Paper plate and ice cream stick under a bed.

Absolutely Perfect!

We enjoyed our very first stay at Sunset Beach here! We fell in love with the island and the peacefulness! We loved the house, it was perfect for our family, the small apartment was so convenient for a cousin that ended up joining us. We highly recommend and look forward to a future stay!
