This charming and cozy newly remodeled spacious 1250 sq/ft 2 story townhome is fully furnished with a blend of vintage & new pieces creating an eclectic yet thoroughly modern space that exudes character. Two large bedrooms are located upstairs as well as the full bath. Open and airy living/dining area w/ trundle bed nook. Located in a quiet established townhome community, close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment, the greenway and more. Pool open seasonally.

Located in an established town-home community centrally located to everything, yet quiet and serine. Two designated parking spots directly in front of unit make unloading your luggage a breeze. All of the neighbors are quiet and respectful, so we ask our guests to be the same. Access to the Yadkin-Atlantic Greenway is just steps away from the front door providing walking access to local shops and restaurants as well as miles of walking and biking trails and parks.
