I grew up in the PNW, attended Oregon State University, and from there had to get away from the rain. I spent 13 years on San Diego before moving to Phoenix, AZ. After a few years in Phoenix, I relocated to Las Vegas, NV for a few years before returning to the Phoenix area. I am a health and fitness junky, enjoy exploring new cities, travel, new cuisines, and a good IPA or Whiskey on the weekend.

This home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Many of the families have lived here for many years, and enjoy the camaraderie they have built. This home is also located perfectly if you want to see all that Vegas offers. You have easy access to the freeway, great shopping, dining and entertainment options nearby, a straight drive to Summerlin, Henderson and the Las Vegas Strip. You will enjoy the comfortable and spacious layout of the home offering two separate living spaces, 5 bedrooms, TVs throughout the home, and comfortable lounge spaces to hang out and enjoy each other on your vacation.

This property is unique in the sense that it is 2100 sq ft, but laid out in a way that makes it feel larger. We have designed the home to have a great flow, enabling a larger family or group to come and feel close, yet have space for privacy if wanted. One of the major features that we offer is a best in class cleaning team. We employ in-house cleaners with 20+ years experience managing large casino housekeeping operations who pride themselves on the quality of work they deliver.
