The Casa Mia located in one of Las Vegas most prestigious developments. Beautiful SouthWest property - best closest to the strip neigborhood about 10 -15 minutes away from the strip. Close to the airport. Gorgeous traditional very well maintained clean home that feels warm and personal. Every corner in this stunning place well thought out and nicely furnished. Marble floors, fully remodeled bathrooms, travertine pool deck. It has everything from the fireplace to a bbq, fully stocked kitchen, pool towels, jacuzzi, lounge chairs, office with a fax machine, fancy clbt coffee maker with capsules, iron board, shirts steamer .. Nothing is missing really in this home . It’s fantastic! There are restaurants waking distance, dogs hotel and the spa ! Rental car is recommended !!! Call , text , email anytime ! It has everything from the banks , grocery stores , restaurants and huge shopping plaza all in 2 miles radius Home has a two car garage . I recommend for guest rent a car to move around easily . There is Enterprice rental office walking distance ***Spa heat available for $20/day April - Sept and $30/day Oct - March.*** ***Pool/Spa heat available for $50/day April - Sept and $70/day Oct - March.*** Home - 1900 sq.f. living space
