If there are more of you, we invite you to opt for another accommodation.<br><br>The villa has a living room of 90m² with great comfort.<br><br>You will have access to our fully equipped open kitchen.<br><br>A large single table is on the terrace in front of the kitchen.<br><br>On the ground floor a bedroom with sanitary facilities is provided.<br><br>The master suite on the 1st floor is equipped with a double bed, a private loggia and sanitary facilities.<br><br>Two other bedrooms upstairs are at your disposal.<br>A 30m² terrace and a large bathroom with bathtub are near these rooms.<br><br>The four bedrooms and three bathrooms have individual furnishings and décor.<br><br>A baby cot, an electric swing and baby chair are also available.<br><br>The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine (with capsules), kettle, blender, ice maker, oven, microwave etc.<br><br>The barbecue is in the garden with a coffee table, garden sofa and two armchairs.<br><br>You can cast your YouTube or other apps to a large 260cm wide screen in the living room with Dolby Atmos sound.<br>It is strictly forbidden to bring speakers (the speakers installed are already powerful).<br><br>You have access to Wi-Fi throughout the villa.<br><br>To guarantee the comfort and well-being of all, our house has a limited capacity of 10 people: 3 double beds, two single beds in one room, a sofa bed in the living room as well as a baby cot for the little ones.<br><br>For events, family dinners, seminars, hen nights, Baby Showers, contact your host to specify the details, number of people etc. <br><br>The house with its exteriors is limited to a maximum of 16 people during the day and in the evening, including service providers.<br><br>Please let us know the maximum number of guests in your message.<br><br>An additional fee will be charged to cover additional costs associated with a group of more than 10 people. <br><br>Our priority is to ensure that every stay in our villa is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible for each of our guests.<br><br>For filming, photo shoots, start-up presentations, interviews etc. Also to be specified by message before booking.<br>For this type of events, the villa can be rented for the day and/or evening with additional conditions. <br>If you would like more pictures of Luxury Villa Montgeron do not hesitate to ask us or search on the net.<br><br>Parties are strictly forbidden as well as balloons and confetti cannons.<br><br>A smart camera with facial recognition is installed, seen from the entrance to the property and another at the entrance to the house to avoid exceeding the number of people.<br><br>Linens, towels, shampoos etc. will be served to you during your stay. <br><br>Usually there are 2-3 parking spaces in front of the villa and others in the surrounding streets, it is very important to park properly.<br><br>A security deposit and additional contract is required depending on the requests and the number of people.<br><br>For rentals of more than a week or systematic filming, rates can be negotiated.<br><br>Thank you and see you soon:)
