We loved our stay at the house. There was so much room and the location was fantastic, only minutes away from Disney. The kids loved swimming in the pool and the hot tub was great after a long day of walking. We will definitely stay here again!

Wunderschöne zwei Wochen. Vom Wohnzimmer aus in 1-2 min zum Strand zu laufen ist ein Luxus von dem man sonst nur träumt. Die Wohnung selber ist hell, ausgeräumt und sauber. Das nötigste an Einrichtung ist da und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Kommunikaton mit "der guten Seele" des Hauses war hervorragend und jede Anfrage wurde schnell beantwortet. Die Zeit ging viel zu schnell vorbei aber sollten wir wieder in die Ecke fahren weiß ich schon so Ich als erstes Anfrage.

Ein perfekter Ort für einen Familienurlaub

Die Lage der Fewo ist wirklich einmalig. Auch die Ausstattung ist super. Alles sehr sauber gewesen. Das Angebot von Innenpool, Sauna, Infrarotkabine und Freizeitraum im Keller ist grandios - gerade für Familien mit Kindern bei Regenwetter. Einziges kleines Manko: Die Wassertemperatur im Pool war sehr kalt. KeSchwimmvadvergleuch.

Super schöne Wohnung und unschlagbare Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, mit allem was man braucht. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Nur mal kurz über den Rasen und den Fahrradweg und man steht am schönen Sandstrand beim Strandkorb (der zur Wohnung dazu gehört).

Super Lage, ruhig, erholsam mit eingeschränktem Komfort

Die Lage des Appartements ist super !!Nur ca 100 m bis zum Strand!! Bei gutem Wetter ideal !! Ansonsten ist da nichts los. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es ein Cafe, sonst nichts. Das Apartment ist für 5 Personen ausgelegt. Wir waren nur 2( benötigen 2 Schlafzimmer wegen starkem Schnarchen) und dafür war die Größe ok. An der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Der Wohn- Ess- Küchenbereich ist nur ca. 25 qm groß. Die Möbel sind zT altbacken. Wenn man mit 5 Personen da ist, muss man nach jeder Mahlzeit die Spülmaschine ( 45 cm breit) anstellen, da Geschirr nur für 6 Personen vorhanden ist und es gibt nur einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Das Bad( neu renoviert) ist echt klein. Im Souterrainzimmer steht ein Doppelbett und ein einzelnes. Dort gab es einen üblen Geruch/ muffig( nach Feuchtigkeit ). Ich habe den Anbieter kontaktiert und er meinte, ich solle mal lüften. Fand ich nicht gerade hilfreich vom Vermieter. Als wenn ich nicht selbst darauf gekommen wäre. Der Geruch ging nicht ganz weg , trotz lüften. Ich empfand den Geruch als unangenehm. Die Treppe zum Kellerzimmer ist schmal und steil. Für Gehbehinderte nicht geeignet. Das Schlafzimmer , oben, ist ok. Für 1500 € ( 11 Nächte) und das in der Vorsaison, haben wir was besseres erwartet. Abends gemütlich vorm Fernseher sitzen, ist nicht gegeben. Der 2 Sitzer ist für Rückenkranke nicht geeinet. Die Gartenstühle sind nicht mal Rückenteilverstellbar. Topp Lage, nur der Preis passt nicht ganz.

Einmaliger Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang

Die Wohnung war sauber und hat eine gute Aufteilung. Pool war ebenfalls sauber. leider hatte das Kinderzimmer im subterain einen kleinen Wasserschaden kurz vor unserer Ankunft. Die Tischtennisplatte im Aufenthaltsraum haben wir ebenfalls viel genutzt, da das Wetter nicht so gut war.

Einfach super…

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in einer super Ferienwohnung. Selbst die Stufen ins zweite Schlafzimmer sind abgesichert, so dass wir auch mit unserem 2 Jährigen entspannt sein konnten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und an der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem und auch die Möbel an sich waren in einem super Zustand. Die Dusche ist perfekt für eine Dusche nach dem Sand. Die Strandnähe kann eigentlich nicht besser sein. Der Strandkorb hat den Aufenthalt am Strand perfekt gemacht. Die Kommunikation im Voraus und auch zum Check In war sehr freundlich, alle Fragen und Probleme mit dem Buchen über FeWo konnten mit dem Vermieter geklärt werden, sodass alles problemlos funktionierte. Einziges minimales Manko sind die Gemeinschafteinrichtungen. (Schwimmbad / Gemeinschaftsraum mit Tischtennis usw.) Diese sind gefühlt schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, was der 5 Sterne Bewertung aber keinen Abbruch tut. Wir würden / werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Ein toller Familienurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist super schön. Die Küchenaussttattung ist top. Der angrenzende Spielplatz ist super, da die Kinder spielen konnten, während man selbst gekocht hat. Das einzige was gefehlt hat, ist ein kleiner Imbiss bei dem man zur Mittagszeit mal ein paar Pommes holen kann.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es gibt Spiele, Bücher, DVDs, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Kindersicherung an der Treppe zum zweiten Schlafzimmer ist super! Die Lage: Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern! Große Wiese mit Spielplatz und nur eine Minute zum Strand, der sehr schön ist. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, völlig entspannt.

Grundsätzlich positiv, aber mit Mängeln

Wir haben unsere Woche vor Ort grundsätzlich sehr genoßen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist klasse, die Wege zum Strand sind kurz. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ebenfalls ok. Das Inserat sowie die weiteren Online-Angaben wichen aber stark zum Tatsächlichen ab. Gebucht hatten wir mit Wäschepaket inklusive laut FeWo Direkt, dieses sollte aber im Nachgang Geld kosten. Der Vermieter hat hier aber dankenswerterweise Kulanz walten lassen. Die Angaben zur Übergabe der Wohnung (inkl. Telefonnummer für die Übergabe) online stimmen nicht mit den tatsächlichen Daten überein, was uns mehrere Stunden gekostet hat an Tag 1. Kommunikation war ok.

Gut mit Einschränkungen

Wohnung ist Top, mit Einschränkungen. WLAN war die ganze Woche nicht vorhanden. Waschmaschine kommt man nicht dran. Schwimmbad auch zu. Wegen Corona. Es müsste drauf aufmerksam gemacht werden, das alles geschlossen ist, auch Waschmaschine und Trockner. Für Familien schlecht. Liege wie auf Fotos nicht vorhanden. Handynetz Katastrophe. Aber wir haben das beste draus gemacht. In normalen Zeiten ohne Corona empfehlenswert. In Corona bedingt.

Super Lage - entspannte Tage gehabt

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und mit einer Toplage. Nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. In der Ferienwohnung war alles, was wir benötigten, vorhanden. Besonders in der kalten Jahreszeit war die Möglichkeit die Sauna zu nutzen perfekt. Einfach für 2 Stunden in eine Liste eintragen und dann hatten wir die Sahne nur für uns. Der kleine Pool war eine angenehme Abwechslung besonders für die Kinder.

Direkt am Meer

Superschöne Lage. Sehr schöne Wohnung. Das Wasser im beheizten Pool war uns aber zu kalt.
