Superbe appartement au coeur de la rue la plus pittoresque de Cannes, au coeur du quartier historique du suquet.

Ce logement est situé au 2ème étage (sans ascenseur), il est composé d'un salon/salle à manger avec canapé convertible, une grande cuisine séparée entièrement équipée (four, lave vaisselle, four micro-ondes, plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur-congélateur, machine à café Nespresso, machine à laver,...), une chambre avec un grand lit ou deux lits simples, une deuxième chambre avec un grand lit ou deux lits simples. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec rangements. Il est important de noter que les chambres sont communicantes, la deuxième chambre a son propre accès depuis le palier de l'appartement. Enfin une salle de douche avec wc.

L'appartement est au calme, exposé est-ouest, et lumineux. Un petit balcon permet de profiter de l'extérieur pour un repas ou se détendre. Le logement est équipé de la climatisation dans le salon et de ventilateurs de plafonds (très silencieux) dans les deux chambres.

La proximité avec les commerces, restaurants, les plages, le marché Forville, et le parking public payant (à 1mn à pieds) rendront votre séjour encore plus agréable. Le Palais des festivals et le célèbre boulevard de la Croisette ne sont qu'à 5minutes à pieds.
