Welcome to Heaven in Havasu. Our beautiful, updated home has everything you need for your next desert getaway. Hardwood floors, lots of cabinet space, brand new ice machine in the garage, 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathroom, the perfect patio out by the pool, and so much more. Bocce ball, washers, corn hole, or backyard miniature golf, and professionally set horseshoe pits. Minutes from the lake or the outback for winter time excursions. Beautiful property

What a beautiful house. The pool was awesome. We weren’t able to get the grill to light or the internet to always work, but we managed. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to Arizona.

Worst VRBO experience

To say we are all disappointed in the lack of communication with Land & Shore/Colbi is an understatement. I never got one single VRBO message, voicemail, call or text answered during our stay. (6 VRBO messages, 5 texts, 3 calls, 2 voicemails). They did send the standard check out message but never once acknowledged any message I sent during our week long stay. Add that to the fact that the A.C continued to reset itself to 78 degrees multiple times each night, the grill wouldn't work more than 90 seconds before cutting off, the beach "towels" being worn out bath towels with holes and the pool never being heated after I messaged/called several times requesting directions on how to heat it. There's a 4 hole mini golf course in the back yard but no golf club. We purchased a kid golf club and left it at the house as a donation. Horrible customer service. Seems obvious they just wanted the money from our booking and didn't care about our experience there.

Fabulous Time in Havasu!!

We had a great time. The house was clean cozy and stocked with all the things we needed. The communication with the property manager was great, very quick to respond. We very much enjoyed all the activities and mostly the pool! We would highly recommend this rental. Being able to park in the garage was a nice bonus.

Beautiful home with lots to do

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the communication with management was spot on. My only recommendation would be to provide a couple coffee pods to get your guests started on the first day. Great place and would stay there again.
