Pool, Lake Views, Boat Parking, Fire Pit & Outdoor Kitchen!

Enjoy gorgeous lake view sunsets from the expansive back yard, where you will find a huge outdoor kitchen complete with BBQ, flat top, and kegerator. Relax after a day on the lake in the pool/jacuzzi, or cozy up at the fire pit during the winter months! The kids and adults alike will love the yard games, including corn hole, foosball and ring toss. You can even set up an outdoor movie using the Wi-Fi projector and screen on the bar. And don’t forget to snap some pics with our huge T-Rex! Jacuzzi is free to heat. Pool can be heated during winter for $150/first day and $100 subsequent days, with a two day minimum. Chiller is free during summer months.

Accommodations – Sleeps 10 (plus trundle bed)

2300 sq ft.

4 bedrooms, 2 baths (plus ½ bath in garage)

Master Bedroom – Cal King bed, TV, large walk-in closet, slider opening to the backyard fire pit, and master bath featuring a luxurious walk-in shower with along with jetted jacuzzi tub for your relaxation

Guest Bedroom 1 – Queen bed with TV and closet

Guest Bedroom 2 – 2 Full beds with TV and closet

Guest Bedroom 3 – Twin Bunk beds and a pull-out trundle bed (3 total), TV, Pac-Man, and kids’ games in the closet

Living room and bedrooms have smart TVs ready for you to log into your Netflix/Hulu/Roku account. Local channels available on Locast.

Spacious, open great room with 75” TV, complete with DVD player and tons of DVDs for kids and adults

Beautiful, fully stocked chef’s kitchen with prep island and seats for 4 at the bar; dining room for 6

Laundry room with washer/dryer, drying rack for swimsuits, and iron/ironing board

When you come back from the lake, feel free to use the cleaning supplies on our boat detail cart to wipe your boat down and get her ready for the next day!

2 car garage with 9” doors is available for guest vehicles year round.

Owners’ boat and UTV will be in the RV garage. Owners' boat and UTV are strictly off limits and not available for guest use. RV garage is monitored by camera.

Tons of parking on the huge driveway, which can accommodate several cars/trucks and/or boats.

Only ½ mile to the desert for off-roading, 2.4 miles from downtown, and less than 5 miles to Windsor launch ramp and London Bridge.

We had such a great stay at this house in Havasu! The home was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Family Boat Trip
