Step inside, set your gear on the mounted racks, and relax! This condo is perfect for a small family or group of friends who want to get away for a fun ski vacation. Once you're settled in, set some logs on the fire in the wood-burning fireplace, then put on a movie using the DVD or VHS player. But you may be distracted by the lovely mountain and neighborhood views outside. The elegant galley-style kitchen is equipped with the cooking equipment you need to cook up delicious meals. But taking dinner out for a sear on the private gas grill is always an option.

What's nearby:
Brian Head Resort is just under one-and-a-half miles away, so you'll still be able to hang out at the Mountain Bike Park or head to the chair lift with ease. Cedar Breaks National Monument is just under four miles away and offers beautiful views and trails. If you're visiting during the warmer months, enjoy fishing for bass and trout in Brian Head Reservoir just over one mile from the condo.

A 4x4 is required to reach this condo in winter

There is no A/C. However, Brian Head rarely exceeds 78 degrees
There are no designated parking spaces. Parking is first come, first serve

*Dogs are not welcome, but the owner does own a dog. Guests with allergies should practice caution
The private gas grill may not be available for guest use November through May (depending on depth of snow)
Firewood is not provided but can be purchased in Brian Head, Cedar City, or Parowan on your way up the mountain
*Brian Head is a relatively small mountain resort town located 10,000 feet above sea level. Altitude sickness may occur, so be prepared

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
