Je suis extrêmement étonné de la note que vous venez de m'affecter pour votre séjour.
Depuis 1 an que nous accueillons des touristes dans notre gîte ( français, anglais, italiens, allemands, ..) et cela sur différents sites de réservation et nous n'avons jamais eu une note aussi basse. La moyenne que nos voyageurs nous donne est d'environ 4.95 sur 5 .
J'aurais aimé que votre note de 3 soit argumentée d'une explication afin que je comprenne votre retour. Et si ce retour était valable, que je puisse y remédier.
