Our unit features 2 bedroom, 2 bath(1 king, 1 queen,1 pull out sofa) Sleeps 6 or 4 adults & a couple of kids(1441 sq ft) The "perfect porch" is worth the price! Just completed a complete kitchen renovation with all new appliances(1/24)

If you are looking for a vacation on the lake, I highly recommend this property. The stay here at Reynolds on Lake Oconee was top of the line. You are “right there” on the water as the host says. Sandra was absolutely wonderful and the response time was great. She answered all my questions promptly. I give this property/host a 10/10! Come and stay in a slice of lakeside paradise!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The host was amazing to communicate with and very responsive. We especially enjoyed the beautiful lake view from the patio, and the hummingbirds were an extra special treat! We would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful condo! Decorated with taste and just enough character and whimsy it is charming. Beautiful view, lovely porch overlooking the lake, quiet and relaxing. You'll return to this rental again and again if a stay in the area required. Highly recommend.

We hit the jackpot with this lakefront condo! We especially enjoyed relaxing on the lovely ground floor patio overlooking the lake, complete with decorative lighting. The condo was beautifully decorated and the beds were most comfortable. Our host, Sandra was wonderful to work with, and she made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely return!

Excellent location. I spent hours on the front porch looking out on the lake. So incredibly peaceful. I cooked one fairly complex meal and the kitchen had everything that I needed. Comfy bed and good showers. Easily will seek this unit out again.

This property was absolutely incredible! Sandra was the best host and was so quick and easy to communicate with. The property had so much compared to most airbnbs. The best location on the lake, easy access to the little beach, the marina, and easy to get in and out of. A perfect spot for a morning coffee, or a late night glass of wine. So clean smelling when we walked in! If you’re debating on staying on lake oconee choose this place!

My husband & I just love Lake Oconee & Reynolds Plantation, and decided to "treat" ourselves this year with a property makeover. We spend a great deal of time at our little getaway, so we hope you will enjoy every second you have here in our special place! I mean... it's RIGHT THERE on the water!

What makes this property unique

Truly the best part is the direct access to the lake. It's next to the Marina at Linger Longer, which is perfect for you for boat rentals and even boat launch. There's plenty to do withoout a boat... the boardwalk will lead you to beautiful spots to sit in a lawn chair and relax the day away. The Linger Longer pavilion has a small "beach" area, too. We enjoy that alot, while taking our lunch or dinner over to the tables.
