We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment during our first visit to Puerto Rico, where the owners were very helpful with our questions and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly, with the roosters and iguanas being a lovely bonus that we absolutely loved.

The home is lovely, the area very clean. Its located in a dead end. The only flaws, no washing machine and dryer, you will have to go to a laundry mat. The pool was not adjacent to the home, it was in the back of the home. Was not heated and Jacuzzi does not get hot. The only other thing is we were not informed it was a multiple share. A little uncomfortable for a mom with two young children. First few days was great until another couple came. It took the value down. But all and all nice place. But probably wouldn’t rent again.

Aurea, you should have messaged me and I would have shown you how to turn the hot tub on, but it is in the instructional video. The regular water 💧in our pool as well as the ocean is 83 degrees, but the hot 🔥 tub will get well over 100 degrees 😀 👍.

The property was amazing, the hot tub and pool in the back of the property was a hidden oasis. The only knock was the chickens/Roosters cawing super early in the am. Lol
