Our stay here was fantastic! The condo was clean and comfortable. Everything was in walking distant and we had beautiful view of the ocean.

When my wife and I arrived in the unit, the first thing I had to do was replace a light bulb and empty the dehumidifier. Should have been by housekeeping before we arrived. The battery was dead in the HVAC control, both filters needed to be replaced in the refrigerator, the fan in the second bathroom did not work (was told by maintenance it needed to be replaced), a recliner in the living room had a problem in that the leg portion would go up but not down. My wife found this the hard way. After pushing on the leg area with all my might, the leg area went down enough for her to get out. The sliding glass door was secured with a stick as the lock was not there. I brought these items up with management who made a good faith effort to correct the problems. We really enjoy staying at Win-San and hope to do so again. Just feel this unit needs some TLC.
