• A second living room with sofa, HD TV, sound system and internet connection





• A dining area with table and chairs.





• A separate kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, appropriate crockery and kitchen utensils, washer-dryer and as well as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.





• A shower room with walk-in shower, sink, hair dryer





• A separate toilet with hand basin.





• A 2nd separate toilet with hand basin.





• A first bedroom with a 160 X 200cm bed, bedside tables. Dressing room





• A second bedroom with a 160 X 200 bed, bedside tables and dressing room.





• Bathroom with bathtub toilet and sinks. Dressing room.





The linen is provided. Electric heating.





The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.





- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

Great place to stay!

The apartment was perfect for the three of us. We had more than enough room for a week in Paris. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Great location as well. I would stay here again!

Great Apartment

We stayed with a family of 5 and enjoyed our stay. The apartment is ground floor and very spacious. It was close to 2 different metro stations, a few minute walk to either one. The place itself was clean and as advertised. The check in process was good and professional.

Great Start to our France Trip

What a great place to stay. The check in process was simple, and Thomas was a great host. Explained everything in detail and was very responsive to our requests. We did have one small issue, which was timely address by the staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this property as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers). Excellent communication on the day prior to our arrival, timely and informative meeting at the property to complete check in, and easy check out process. They do require a credit card for a larger than usual security deposit at the time of check that came as a surprise to us (was not included in the reservation listing information). The property location is very secure with a double gated and pass key locked entry system. The apartment is very spacious and with use of fans we were very comfortable during our summer stay even without A/C. The kitchen if fairly well appointed. They only supply a small amount of starter supplies for hand soap, dish soap, and laundry and toiletry items are available only by purchase. Location is also very safe and close to metro stations, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, and small grocery markets. We would happily stay here again and recommend it for your next trip to Paris!
