Designed by an interior designer, the space of this apartment offers modernity, luxury and conviviality with a ceiling height of more than 4 meters and a magnificent restored parquet floor. The open, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large living room with a sofa bed for two (Queen-Size) and a dining area with a marble table that can accommodate up to 6 people.

The two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, a large window and a tailor-made dressing room.

Great location! Great 2BR with kitchen. Up two flights of stairs. Secure and safe.

Great place in a great lively area of Paris. Lots of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, markets, retail right at the doorstep. Easy walk to all the top visitor sites of Paris. Highly recommend and will stay again next time.

The apartment , the area and the people who looked after us ( whilst we were staying at the apartment ) were absolutely amazing . The apartment was sunny , spotlessly clean with a fabulous decor . We absolutely loved staying there and cannot recommend it highly enough.

My family of 5 adults stayed there for 4 nights while celebrating a wedding near by. The area was great, there are 2 metro stations 8/9 within a couple of blocks or less. Great dining options near by. The 3rd is the place, close enough to all the attractions by far enough to feel like you are part of the everyday life in Paris. Queen Beds are comfortable and the pull out couch bed was a real bed not like some of the hotels in the USA. We had to contact the host for a very minor question and they returned my text in minutes and resolved it. Pick a flat through VRBO/Expedia was awesome and we will stay with them again. Very safe location too.

Stylish and authentic Parisian property amongst a very clean area full of trendy shops, cafes and restaurants. The property has two sets of steep stairs to climb so you need to be nimble. We slept really well in the property as it was very quiet. Thankyou.

Location is unmatchable

The apt is great. Location is perfect and really close to shops and the train. The apt is super clean and comfortable. The only thing is there were a lot of little flies in the apartment, they looked like fruit flies and we couldn’t understand where they were coming from. It wasn’t until we used the kitchen sink and a terrible sewer smell came out of it and we figured out the flies were coming from there. It was not pleasant. We ended up not using the sink again during our stay and we stuffed the drain with paper towel and put a weight on top so the flies and the smell would subside.

Schöne, toll gelegene Wohnung (mit ein paar Tücken ...)

Wir haben uns für diese Wohnung entschieden, weil wir das Viertel um den Markt "Les Enfants rouges" sehr lieben und auch die Nähe der Metro-Station Les Filles du Calvaire ein großer Pluspunkt war. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und glauben, dass wir uns das nächste Mal noch wohler fühlen werden - weil wir dann schon wissen, wie alles abläuft. Die Wohnung wird von einer Agentur betreut, über die alle weiteren Kontakte erfolgen - sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen, aber alles doch etwas mühsam, mit Mailen eines gescannten Personaldokuments, Extra-Überweisung der Tourismusabgabe; die Kommunikation erfolgt über verschiedene Medien - was manchmal verwirrend sein kann. Der Zugang erfolgte in unserem Fall über einen Nuki-Tür-Mechanismus - der sicher auch andere Mieter*innen vor gewisse Rätsel stellen wird (eher beim Schließen als beim Öffnen). Um das oversophisticated Smart-TV-System zu verstehen, bekamen wir einen youtube-Link zugeschickt ... Könnte man nicht die wichtigsten Infos auch ausgedruckt in einer Mappe in der Wohnung hinterlegen ...? Noch ein Hinweis: Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock, die erste Treppe ist relativ problemlos zu bewältigen, die zweite ist jedoch sehr steil. Auch die Beleuchtung in den beiden Gebäudeteilen (Treppenhaus) ist nicht einfach zu finden, unbedingt bei Tageslicht die Schalter suchen und sich merken! Trotz allem: eine tolle Wohnung! (Aber wir dachten, die paar kritischen Infos können doch nützlich sein.)

Get the Local Paris Experience

This property is great to rent to feel like a local Parisian, whether you’re a seasoned Paris visitor, or a first timer. The location is centrally located and close to a Metro station. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shopping just steps away from the apartment. Beyond the bustle of the neighborhood, the apartment is nestled in a courtyard building. The courtyard isn’t fancy, so don’t be concerned about it; it’s only there as a buffer from the street sounds to the quiet apartment. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need for a long or short stay. The bedrooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable. The owner provided more than enough towels and toiletries for a week long stay. The property is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The keyless entry to the building and the apartment make it convenient so I wasn’t juggling keys with family members. The chic, modern furnishings were great as well. The owner of the property is a seasoned owner who knows how to make people feel welcomed and secure. The management company was attentive and available as well.
