For us, it was even better than the pictures. You are in your own very large slice of tranquility. The adults all loved it and the kids had a wonderful time. They loved the stream, where they played pooh sticks and floated down it in an inflatable boat. They loved the chickens and the ducks. Most of all everyone loved the pool with the whole family either in the pool or sipping drinks poolside. The weather was wonderful and the peace and quiet was so perfect we only went on one trip while we were there.

Christmas 2024

We had a wonderful week celebrating Christmas as a group of 17 people ranging from age 3 to age 83. It's a fantastic property and the host went out of his way to make sure that everything went smoothly and that we had everything we needed. The house is very comfortable and incredibly well equipped and the surrounding region is great to explore. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

A piece of heaven in Normandy

The place exceeded all expectations. We booked for my parents 50th anniversary. A very special occassion so we wanted a place to match. And we were not disappointed. Damien was the perfect host and his home was out of this world. All amenities you could wish for in large family to kick back, relax and celebrate. We did not want to leave and hope to be back soon

Damien is by far the most gracious host of all the rental properties we have stayed in. Communication was quick and reliable. Coming from Chicago, he alleviated all the stress of traveling to a foreign country with 2 families (4 adults, 6 kids ages 4-15) and made us feel extremely welcomed. The property is accurate to the listing, very clean, and well stocked to cook meals. We appreciated the detailed house guide to answer questions from where to get groceries, local places to visit and anything needed for the Mill and Farmhouse. We used his beautiful property as a base camp for 4 days to visit the region of Normandie. We did a day trip to Paris, Mont Saint Michel, Honefluer, and Cormeilles-Bunsel distillery. It was wonderful to come back to the property and relax with a glass of wine and have so many things for the kids to do. We gathered at the Mill nightly which has plenty of cozy spaces for families to gather (inside and out) and ample tables/seating to eat. It is very evident that great pride is taken in the property. We applaud Damien for the restoration and preservation of the history of the Mill and Farmhouse while keeping the harmony of Nature and the Village in mind. The Mill and Farmhouse are both charming and modern.

Nous nous sommes régalés avec nos amis et leurs enfants. (Groupe de 18). L'endroit est charmant, bucolique, apaisant et ressourçant. Malgré une météo capricieuse, nous nous ne sommes pas ennuyés. Salle de sport, tennis, piscine, ping-pong, jeux, livres, parc bucolique, foot, grand écran, wifi, piano tout y est ! La déco, les équipements, les cuisines, les attentions ont été à la hauteur des attentes pour des prestations d'un établissement de ce standing. Quel endroit ! Bravo à Damien, le propriétaire.

Séjour magique en famille dans un petit coin de paradis

A l occasion des 10 ans de mon fils , nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end en famille au clos de la Corbie . L endroit est juste incroyable, encore plus beau que sur les photos ! Tout est prévu pour que toute la famille passe un excellent moment . La maison est parfaitement équipée, notamment pour les bébés et enfants . Les enfants étaient enchantés de pouvoir jouer dans le grand jardin , s occuper des animaux , aller chercher et déguster les œufs frais… Les adultes ont pu profiter du calme de la campagne.. c était un vrai week-end de bonheur ! Merci encore à Damien pour la préparation de notre arrivée et à la conciergerie pour l accueil. Nous y retournerons tous avec un immense plaisir !
