An exceptional place on a Natura 2000 site, Le Clos de la Corbie welcomes you 1h40 from Paris, 20' from Honfleur and 30' from Deauville.
The 5ha property, a real Normandy postcard with its many outbuildings, offers you a natural and chic stay, cocooning or sporty.
A heated outdoor swimming pool is available from mid-June to mid-September and open from 9am to 10pm.
The mill steeped in history and the farmhouse designed as a guest house welcome you on more than 400m² where everyone will find something to relax and have fun, whatever their age. Peaceful place not conducive to parties.
The accommodation Le Moulin (280m²) offers impressive volumes with its living room of more than 70m² where you can relax in the club sofas by the huge fireplace, the 3 large bedrooms (up to 4 beds possible in each room) each with its bathroom, its "topchef" kitchen and its dining room which will take you back to the 17th century.
The large living room has two 160cm sofa beds with very comfortable mattresses, as well as a private wardrobe. Blackout curtains make it easy to transform into a bedroom for the night if necessary.
The farmhouse (130m²) which has just been completely renovated welcomes you in its typical Norman style with its 3 bedrooms, its bathrooms and shower rooms as well as a perfectly equipped gym. Note that bedrooms 5 and 6 of the farmhouse are adjoined. Bedroom 6 nevertheless has an external access with a staircase (quite steep) which allows you to enter and leave without crossing bedroom 5.
Traveller access You will be able to take full advantage of the 5ha of the property during your stay and meet, if you wish, the many animals that we accommodate. As a true gentleman farmer, you will be invited to take care of the chickens by looking for fresh eggs every day, and to visit the sheep or calves always interested in new travellers... Wild ducks are also omnipresent and help to create animation and a bucolic atmosphere. Experiences that are often unforgettable for children and parents alike!
A stairlift is installed in the mill and allows people with reduced mobility to access a magnificent bedroom suite with bathroom on the ground floor. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower in which it is possible to put a chair if necessary.
A modular garden furniture will allow you to eat outside whatever the size of your group.
The thatched cottage (visible on the aerial photo) is part of the property and we can sometimes stay there with my wife and 2 children. It is not intended to be rented out and is separated by a hedge from the other houses, which allows us to respect the privacy of everyone when we are present. I am usually there on Wednesdays to take care of the property. You may also come across maintenance staff from time to time, gardeners in particular, but who will always know how to respect your stay.
A gym with weight bench, rowing machine, treadmill and elliptical trainer is at your disposal.
The tennis court is located on the property and is also reserved exclusively for you for the duration of your stay.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Check-in is from 5 p.m., with no possibility of early arrival. The surface area of the property (5 hectares) and the houses (more than 450 m² to be prepared) requires a perfectly coordinated organisation between the concierge service, the cleaning team and the external service providers. We frequently have departures on the same day or the days before, and every minute counts to restore the premises and guarantee you a welcome in the best conditions. When I am on site myself before your arrival, I also take the opportunity to carry out maintenance, repair or improvement work in the slots available to me.
For rentals on a weekend, we accept a checkout at 1pm if there is no new rental within a very short time.
For other rentals, the checkout can be done until 11 am. We simply ask to vacate the farmhouse before 10 am so that we can start cleaning as soon as possible and thus have time to restore the houses for the next rental.

We had a wonderful week celebrating Christmas as a group of 17 people ranging from age 3 to age 83. It's a fantastic property and the host went out of his way to make sure that everything went smoothly and that we had everything we needed. The house is very comfortable and incredibly well equipped and the surrounding region is great to explore. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!
For us, it was even better than the pictures. You are in your own very large slice of tranquility. The adults all loved it and the kids had a wonderful time. They loved the stream, where they played pooh sticks and floated down it in an inflatable boat. They loved the chickens and the ducks. Most of all everyone loved the pool with the whole family either in the pool or sipping drinks poolside. The weather was wonderful and the peace and quiet was so perfect we only went on one trip while we were there.
The place exceeded all expectations. We booked for my parents 50th anniversary. A very special occassion so we wanted a place to match. And we were not disappointed. Damien was the perfect host and his home was out of this world. All amenities you could wish for in large family to kick back, relax and celebrate. We did not want to leave and hope to be back soon
Damien is by far the most gracious host of all the rental properties we have stayed in. Communication was quick and reliable. Coming from Chicago, he alleviated all the stress of traveling to a foreign country with 2 families (4 adults, 6 kids ages 4-15) and made us feel extremely welcomed. The property is accurate to the listing, very clean, and well stocked to cook meals. We appreciated the detailed house guide to answer questions from where to get groceries, local places to visit and anything needed for the Mill and Farmhouse. We used his beautiful property as a base camp for 4 days to visit the region of Normandie. We did a day trip to Paris, Mont Saint Michel, Honefluer, and Cormeilles-Bunsel distillery. It was wonderful to come back to the property and relax with a glass of wine and have so many things for the kids to do. We gathered at the Mill nightly which has plenty of cozy spaces for families to gather (inside and out) and ample tables/seating to eat. It is very evident that great pride is taken in the property. We applaud Damien for the restoration and preservation of the history of the Mill and Farmhouse while keeping the harmony of Nature and the Village in mind. The Mill and Farmhouse are both charming and modern.
