OUR THREE BEDROOM, THREE BATH RETREAT IS LOCATED IN THE APPALACIAN MOUNTAINS ONLY 40 MILES FROM THE ASHEVILLE AIRPORT AND 2.5 HOURS FROM ATLANTA, KNOXVILLE AND CHARLOTTE AREAS. THE AREA INCLUDING SAPPHIRE, LAKE TAXOWAY, CASHIERS, HIGHLANDS AND GLENVILLE IS KNOWN AS LITTLE SWITZERLAND. WE TRULY HAVE SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE. WORLD CLASS GOLF, AMAZING HIKES TO WATERFALLS, WORLD CLASS SPAS AND DINING OPTIONS FOR EVERYONE ARE IN THE AREA. YOU ALSO HAVE ACCESS TO THE SAPPHIRE HOA BENEFITS THAT INCLUDE KAYAKING ON A PRIVATE LAKE, MINI GOLF, FITNESS CENTER AND SNOW SKIING (NOT COLORADO) AND A COMMUNITY CENTER ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU FOR $2 PER DAY PER PERSON. KAYAKING AND SKIING WILL HAVE ADDITIONAL FEES. NOT ENOUGH, PISGAH NATIONAL FOREST IS ONLY 45 MINUTES AWAY IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO EXPLORE. THE HOUSE FEATURES A MASTE RBEDROOM THAT INCLUDES A JACUZZI TUB, GUEST ROOM WITH A QUEEN AND LOFT BED AND A QUEEN BED IN THE LOFT ABOVE THE MAIN FLOOR. THE OFFICE INCLUDES A COUCH THAT COULD SLEEP SOMEONE IF NEEDED.

A SIP AND STROLL WATERFALL IS LOCATED BLOCKS FROM THE HOUSE. GRAB A BEER OR GLASS OF WINE WHEN YOU ARRIVE. IT’S WORTH THE WALK (THERE IS PARKING IF AREN’T READY FOR THE INCLINE), BUT ONLY IF YOU WALK ON THE ROCKS AND LOOK RIGHT!

THE KITCHEN INCLUDES THE ESSENTIALS THAT ANY HOME CHEF WOULD REQUIRE WHEN COOKING INSIDE, ON THE GAS GRILL OUTSIDE OR WOOD FIREPLACE IF YOU WANT TO GET CREATIVE. DISHTV IS AVAILABLE IN THE HOUSE AND YOU CAN LOGIN TO YOUR NETFLIX OR OTHER OPTIONS AS NEEDED. HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS IS AVAILABLE THROUHOUT THE OFFICE FOR ZOOMERS. Restful Weekend

We had a very enjoyable stay at Mountain Fresh! Todd is a wonderfully responsive host. The house is spacious and comfortable with special care given to all cleaning aspects. Internet worked perfectly. Even though we didn’t plan to need it, the office space came in very handy for a few hours. We had perfect early fall weather that was the icing on the cake of a great weekend!

Great location!

We had a great stay in this mountain tree house! It was confirmation and spacious, and the location in sapphire was ideal for getting in to town and still feeling like we were peacefully alone. And we saw the neighborhood bear! Very cool sighting!!

Great location, the cabin had everything we needed and then some. My family enjoyed it immensely, and Todd was very responsive and got things resolved immediately. I would advise to update your Guide as follows: the Amenities fee is now $5/day and there is no minimum, and the WIFI codes are wrong. I called Todd and he gave me the correct codes on the call. BTW I found the thermostat somewhat schizophrenic, I would set it to 72 and before I knew it, it went to 69. I couldn't break the code! All in all, I give it 5 stars.

Great Mountain House

We had a great time and stay. I stayed with my wife, three children, and a nanny. There was plenty of room for all of us, and everything was as described. The property is located in Sapphire, NC, and was very close to our other friends in the area too. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again in the future. I recommend this home to anyone looking for a long weekend in the mountains. Thank you.

I've been traveling to the North Georgia & Western Carolina mountains since I was a kid. It's my home away from home. Covid has been great for us. I've been able to tour the Smokey Mountains and Blue Ridge Parkway while working via Zoom. Who gets to do that? Please reach out if you need any help planning your trip for you or the kids.

Why they chose this property

Centrally located in the Western Carolina Mountains, Seasons is a great location to visit in any season. There is something for hikers, bikers , golfers, spa goers, zip liners, skiers or want to be skiers or just hanging out in the woods with friends and family.

The house has a full kitchen, office, typical bathroom and kitchen amenities and our shared guest program. Grab some herbs from the balcony in return for water and share the beverages and leftovers that may have been donated. Feel free to leave something for the next guest. As a bonus, walk the short trails in the back to the creek and try to find the secret river trail.
