Enter the main floor and you will immediately notice the high-end custom features. The open-concept floorplan makes it easy for the whole gang to hang out with the family room, kitchen, and dining room all connected. You will want to cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy the picturesque mountain views. The chef in the group can cook gourmet meals in the well-equipped updated kitchen. Eat meals together at the large dining table with seating for eight, and five more at the kitchen bar. Down the hall are a half bath and laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Also on this floor is the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed. The en-suite primary bathroom features a double sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and a freestanding slipper bathtub. Downstairs is a second living area with two sets of twin bunk beds, and a closet with 2 twin roll-aways. There is also access to a large, covered patio. Nearby is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. This is the ideal home for your next vacation.

INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.

ANGEL FIRE COUNTRY CLUB: Open to the public. A fitness center and indoor heated pool are available for a small fee. Fine dining and a full bar at Elements.
GOLF COURSES: Angel Fire Resort Golf Course (1.7 miles), Valley Escondido Golf Course (12.9 miles).

All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
