We offer nice, cosy, fully furnished apartments Luka and Katja with a private outdoor swimming pool in the touristic place Podstrana, a tourist place with nice beaches around and just 10 km from the centre of Split. 🏖📍
The Katja apartment is decorated in a modern style and is our guest favorites. The beautifully decorated apartment with a summer vibe has a cozy double bed, an extra sofa bed, fully furnished kitchen and a bathroom.
The Luka apartment is decorated in a vintage style with details specific for this Dalmatian area. It also has a double bed, an extra sofa bed, fully furnished kitchen and a bathroom as well as a terrace with a swimming pool view. The apartments are located in a silent area suitable for 'recharging batteries'.
Our guests are welcomed with a homemade liqueur and invited to taste the fresh fruits directly from our garden. 🍸🥝 It is the best place to spend your holiday with the whole family since we offer something for all family members. For the kids (and the ones with a child's spirit) there is a table soccer and the swimming pool. ⚽️🏊🏻♀
As book lovers we offer a variety of books in German and English language and invite our guests to participate in book swapping: you take one and give one. 📚
