"Changes in Attitudes" A privately owned home located on the far East end of Sunset Beach at 16th Street. Enjoy morning coffee on the screened porch while viewing Tubbs Inlet or afternoon cocktails while waiting on the fantastic evening sun sets. Beach access is @ 12th Street. Go to Cobia Street cross Canal Drive to 12th Street, cross Main Street to 12 Street Beach access follow walkway to the beautiful Atlantic, This home is Non Smoking and allows 2 dogs for an additional fee. Home is not Equipped for Electric Car Charging. Please note, for weekly rentals you may be interested in renting a golf cart, if so please contact Brunswick Golf Cart Rentals @ 910-512-4561, make them aware that you are renting with Sunset Vacations. Nice stay. Within close driving distance to beach access.

Overall we had a great experience. The house was in a nice location and not too far from beach access. The view of the canal was wonderful. The living room furniture is pretty worn and not comfortable to sit in and relax. I understand this is typical for a vacation rental, but it is also disappointing. If you do not request linen service, be sure to also bring kitchen towels. Also note that the house does not come with beach chairs.
