Welcome to Simpson by the Sea, our beautifully remodeled beach house rental.
You will love this this gorgeous 2 bedroom 1 bathroom beach house. Just one block from the bay where you can enjoy public fishing docs, jet ski and boat rentals, and adventure sports aqua park. Grab a meal at Dockside kitchen one of the only bayside establishments in OC.
Just a short 8 minute walk to the boardwalk close to Oves for an outdoor breakfast or Browns for some hot melt in your mouth doughnuts.
This incredible rental provides 2 beach tags, all sheets and bath towels. You will love to cook a nice meal in the beautiful kitchen and enjoy it on the deck during sunset with a cocktail in hand.
Inside you will find an open floor plan with a ton of light and beautiful kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed and second bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and twin bed. Queen blow up mattress available by request. Sleeps 5-7
You will never have to worry about parking on this quiet residential street! Our family has enjoyed this home for ten years and I hope you will come and enjoy OC with us!

Excellent rental property
Unit was exactly as described. Nice beach themed decor. Very clean. Owner was very nice and responded to my question when I had one. I would recommend this property. The only downside is the distance to the beach. This is accurately described in the listing, but something to keep in mind. We didn’t mind this factor, but some may.

Perfect place for our Memorial Day long weekend escape! Amanda and Pete were great host from beginning to end with quick communication! Their place was comfortable, clean and decorated with beach theme. We would gladly stay again in this cute home away from home!
