Beautiful three-bedroom two bath home located at 4641 West Ave in Ocean City, New Jersey. This home was built in 2011 and is the first floor unit. Comfortably sleeps seven with two queen beds and one bunk bed that has a double and a single. Home has hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, granite counters, tiled baths, central AC throughout, wireless internet, and tv's in two bedrooms and the living room. Dining table for 6 plus 3 at the counter. No garage use, but there is storage for chairs in a separate storage area. It also has a large front patio and an outside shower. Four beach tags are provided. Tenants must provide linens and towels. Rental is weekly Saturday to Saturday.

Ocean City is a family resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean 15 miles south of Atlantic City. The beaches are lifeguard protected during the summer season and there are dedicated surfing beaches. In addition to the 2.5 mile boardwalk with amusement piers, shopping, and restaurants. There is also the Bay Front area for watersports, fishing charters, boat rentals and a Downtown shopping district with unique stores, and restaurants.

This property was perfect for our family’s needs during our vacation. The upgrades in the house were great! The kitchen was well equipped, great communication with the host, and house was very accurate in their descriptions on the website. It is less than three blocks from the ocean making it a great stay for a beach getaway! Wished the master bath was a little bigger but it was fine for 2 people. Would highly recommend this house.

This is a nice enough property in a good location. Close to the beach and easy to navigate from. The front porch is lovely but West is a much busier road than the others. The beach tags provided were a nice touch too. The house itself is fine, but it is clearly a very busy rental and is very used. Certain appliances did not work or needed replaced (like the toaster), kitchen knives were dull and the lock box outside to get in would not lock back up. Likewise we notified the owner on day one that the towel rack in the en-suite was broken but it was not addressed during our stay. All little things but they add up to a mediocre stay. Once the owners take some time to address the various issues it will be back up to scratch.

Best vacation ever

This was a beautiful property in a quiet area of Ocean City. The beach was spacious and never crowded. The house was well-kept and had all the amenities we could want. So happy we chose it for our family vacation.

Second stay here

Second time we've stayed at this property. It's in a quiet part of OCNJ with short walk to beach and short drive/bike to boardwalk. Plenty of space for family of 4 with guests on 2 evenings. Outside of some dull knives here and there, the property is great and it's likely that we'll be back. Great place to stay.

Great week at the beach

We really enjoyed are week. The house was very clean and the owners were so easy to work with. A huge bonus they have beach tags for their renters. I would recommend this rental.

Perfect beach stay

The property was extremely clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and showers were great. Quick short walk to the beach and easy bike ride anywhere else. Owners were super helpful and communication was great. Would definitely return!

Fantastic Location in Ocean City!!

We so enjoyed our stay in this immensely clean and fabulous house with our two girls! Rooms were large as well as bathroom space! Outdoor shower was perfect to clean ourselves after a Long Beach day. The location was perfect, not too crowded and less noisy than our previous rentals which were closer to boardwalk. Look forward to renting next year. Thank you so much Crawford Family😊

Fantastic Vacation

My family and I just returned from an incredible vacation at this rental. The house is beautiful, clean and fit our family of four plus my mom perfectly! It is a short walk to the beach, and has a great front porch where we were able to enjoy our morning coffee or early evening cocktails. Communication was clear and prompt from the owners. We can't wait to schedule another visit to this property. We highly recommend!

Home away from home!!!!

We absolutely love this place especially the owner! This is our second year staying with our two 17 year old girls. House is extremely clean and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the North side of OC. We spend most time at the house enjoying the beach, dinner, and just watching people and cars drive by!! We even took a short drive to La Fontana in Strathmere which was open for outdoor dining during COVID-19. We also like the fact that the beach is just a short walk away and is less crowded then near the boardwalk. We are looking forward to returning here next summer for Year 3!!

Great Beach House

Very nice property. Enjoyed our stay very much. Only downside was the distance to playgrounds, but we knew that going in. Our baby learned to walk on vacation, so it will always be a special one for us.

Excellent first floor condo close to the beach

Went for a late season break and lucked out with sunshine every day! the apartment is in excellent condition and very well stocked for an easy few days stay. If you have kids who want to hit the boardwalk every night this may not be for you as it is a long way south of the boardwalk- too far to walk. But, if that is of no value to you the beach here is clean, simple and unspoiled for a quieter vacation. West Ave. is one of the main thoroughfares, so sitting on the front deck you will get the traffic noise, but off season weekdays it was dead. The bedrooms are all a the rear of the property and there was no road noise later at night. All in all a lovely home for a slightly more 'off the grid' stay.
