Excellent stay

The apartment was very comfortable, all the amenities, even some games to play with the kids. Great location, a short walk from everything in Gramat. Gramat itself is in a great location too, near the Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour... Easy check-in and check-out, no problems at all. Very inviting host who checked up on us, making sure everything was going well. All in all, definitely recommended and would visit again. Still loads that we didn't get to do!

Apartamento limpio, funcional y bien equipado. Parking gratuito cerca. El apartamento está cerca de Rocamadour y otras atracciones. Como aspecto no tan positivo, debo mencionar que no funcionaba el wifi.

Maison très agréable dans une petite ville bien située

Gramat est une peite ville du Lot avec beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire dans un rayon très proche : Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour, Autoire, Loubressac, Carennac etc... La maison est agéable, lumineuse et au calme. La literie est très bien. Communication simple avec Marie Amélie avec une souplesse aussi bien à l'arrivée qu'au départ.

Super séjour dans le Lot

Super séjour dans le Lot, idéalement situé au milieu de beaucoup d'activités : Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour, Lacave, Saint Céré, ... L'appartement est très bien aménagé et équiper entièrement. La literie est très confortable. Tout y est pour qu'on s'y sente bien. Si nous revenons dans la région, nous reviendrons chez Marie-Amelie !

Logement conforme à l'annonce, communication à revoir

Logement bien refait à neuf comme sur les photos, literie au top et endroit calme, nous avons très bien dormi. Ménage qui laisse un peu à redire en cuisine mais sinon ok. A noter qu'il y a pas mal à faire en consignes de départ, ce qui ne figure pas forcément dans l'annonce. Communication trop compliquée pour nous avec l'hôte, et manque de réactivité. Sur l'emplacement : notre voiture a été vandalisée deux nuits de suite dans la petite place proche du logement donc nous déconseillons. Le canapé fait mal au dos mais je suppose que pour un petit week-end ça doit aller (pour une semaine je déconseille). Gramat est bien située, plein de choses à faire aux alentours (balades, visites) et offre pas mal de services.

Bonjour, Nous sommes navrées que la location ne vous ai pas pleinement satisfaite. Pour le départ nous demandons de défaire les lits et remettre les affaires à leur place, cela me parait ne pas être trop contraignant. Pour la communication, effectivement nous demandons des sms hors de nos horaires d'ouverture, ce qui n'a pas été fait, de plus vous avez essayé de nous joindre avec un numéro différent de la réservation, donc malheureusement la réponse n'a pu être réactive. Pour le ménage, effectivement il restait de l'eau dans la bouilloire utilisé le matin ,toutes mes excuses, et la présence de nourriture dans le congélateur ne vous convenez pas, je peux comprendre mais certains apprécies; Bonne continuation
