Pas mal mais ...

Bonjour, il s'agit d'un bien géré par 1 conciergerie. Le logement est suffisant pour 2 personnes. Problème d'odeur (manque d'aération) ménage pas bien fait (étagères crasseuses, poêle moisie, canapé malodorant,...). Il faudrait ajouter 1 poubelle de sde, 1 paillasson à l'entrée, quelques torchons en + (1 torchon pour 6 jours, ce n'est assez!), des oreillers de meilleure qualité, 1 ou 2 lampes de chevet. Sinon, literie OK, salle de bain nickel et environnement urbain avec 1 circulation modérée le jour et calme la nuit, et à proxi d'1 zone commerciale. Propriétaires qui demeurent à l'étage sont accueillants et sympatiques.
