The property
The house consists of:
on the ground floor: an entryway leading to the stairs, the laundry room, and the garage.
Ground floor: a spacious 35 m² living room with a dining area—seating 12—a sitting area with a wood-burning fireplace and TV, a 30 m² veranda with a dining area and a lounge area, a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
On the second floor: 2 bedrooms with 160-cm double beds and one bedroom with a 90-cm bunk bed and two 90-cm single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house except for the garage.
