A master bedroom and full bath is on the second floor. It is close to restaurants, a bait shop and a bagel shop. Only a 7 minute drive to the beach. Come, relax and enjoy!

Host was very communicative prior to check in and made sure we had all the information we needed. House is beautiful and very clean and you can tell a lot of thought was put into the items needed for a vacation. It exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend that you stay here!

Was a great place to stay. Well stocked with supplies, had beach chairs and towels you can use. Even had extras like kayaks, bikes, and paddle boards. Host was extremely helpful when we had questions and went above and beyond.

Lenny couldn't have been a better host! This house has everything you could need except for bringing your own 3 sets of queen size sheets. The outdoor shower is new since we stayed there last, and is AWESOME! Awesome grill and if you have a question or need anything, Lenny gets back to you right away! We cannot wait to stay again next summer! Our daughter and grandchildren love the house too! They enjoyed the kayaks so much that Lenny provides! Thanks again for everything Lenny!Linda and Bill

Very nice home! It was just what we needed for the wedding we were in town to attend. It was stocked with everything that we needed. Wish it was warmer so we could have enjoyed the kayaks and spent more time out on the deck! Would definitely go back there again!
