If you're coming to Paris, you want to spend as much time as possible outside the city. If that's the case, look no further than our beautiful one-bedroom apartment in Clignancourt, which is in a lively and vibrant area. The apartment is just 1km from Montmartre and Sacre Coeur and 1.4km from the Gare du Nord. The apartment is furnished with all modern amenities for a wonderful stay.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the kitchen, which is conveniently near. It is small but generously equipped with all the conveniences needed for light cooking; there's an electric hob, oven and microwave for comfort, while items such as pots, pans and crockery are provided. The living space is homely and has an eclectic decor. It has a reading nook filled with a sofa and an armchair. It is generously sunlit and has an original fireplace and mirror, adding a Parisian flair to the apartment. It also has a dining table for four.

The bedroom is an elegant and functional space with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, overhead storage, lots of natural sunlight, a privacy window, and a glass door leading out to the bedroom. The hotel-quality linens enhance the quality of your living experience. At the same time, the bathroom is also tiny but well-ventilated and has an illuminated mirror, a walk-in shower with a waterfall showerhead, fresh towels, and toiletries.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

The 18th arrondissement is centered around charming hilltop Montmartre ("La Butte"), a former artists' village once inhabited by Picasso and Dali, and home to the majestic Sacré-Cœur basilica. There are sweeping views of the city from the steep, winding streets, while the iconic Moulin Rouge cabaret below draws tourists and nightclubbers. The edgy Lamarck district attracts hipsters with retro-cool bars and eateries.

Clignancourt in northern Paris, known for the iconic Sacre Coeur basilica, offers casual bars, charming sidewalk eateries, and an array of shops. Crowds gather on the Montmartre hillside steps below Sacre Coeur for skyline views of Paris. The area is also home to Dalí Paris, the Musée de Montmartre, and the Wall of Love in leafy Jehan-Rictus Square, plus artists gathering along the quaint cafe-lined Place du Tertre.

Marcadet – Poissonniers Metro Station is just a few steps away and is connected to lines 4 and 12.

Gare du Nord is about 18-minutes away by foot.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
