Chalet très agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille. Le descriptif de l'annonce et les photos correspondent tout à fait à la réalité.

Chalet très bien décoré

A notre arrivée nous avons tout de suite vu qu'il y avait juste en face du chalet des engins de chantier ( pelleteuse , bulldozer etc ) . Nous avons demandé par mail au propriétaire si il était au courant . A notre grande surprise , il était venu la semaine juste avant nous et nous répond qu'il était au courant puisqu'il l'avait constaté sauf qu'il n'a jamais évoqué le sujet avec nous .Nous avons réservé ce chalet pour être au calme et pour al vue . Résultat : pelleteuse et bulldozer ont travaillé toute la semaine de nos vacances , avec le bruit et la poussière donc impossible de se mettre dehors .Et surtout quand nous étions sur le balcon pour admirer la vue nous avons eu toute la semaine ces engins de chantier juste devant notre balcon ..... Autre sujet , une petite terrasse extérieure en plein soleil mais pas de parasol , et après demande au propriétaire il n'a pas prévu d'en mettre . et pour finir , la salle de bain de la chambre parentale n'était pas propre au niveau du bac à douche , joint jaune orangé .Les draps de chaque chambre comportait des poils et cheveux par endroit , pas nette ....idem pour les brosses à wc , de vilaines traces ..... Dommage , cela nous a gâché notre semaine de vacances tant attendu . Nous ne réitèrerons pas l'aventure sur ce chalet . A ce niveau de tarif , nous avions des attentes au delà de ce qui nous a été proposé .

Chère Stéphanie, En premier lieu, je suis sincèrement désolé que votre séjour au chalet Canopée ne soit pas passé tel que vous l'espériez et je m'en excuse. Je tiens à vous remercier pour votre appréciation sur la décoration. Je souhaite tout de même apporter quelques éléments de réponses à vos commentaires. Concernant les aménagements en cours face du chalet : ceux-ci sont réalisés dans un champ d'une propriété privée pour améliorer la pâture des chevaux. J'ai pu effectivement constater les engins la semaine précédente votre venue mais ceux-ci travaillaient par intermittence la journée et ne nous ont pas empêché de déjeuner à l'extérieur et prendre nos petits déjeuner sur la balcon. L'aménagement doit être terminé prochainement. Concernant la terrasse, elle est effectivement exposée au soleil une partie de la journée ce qui est fort agréable l'été en montagne. Suite à votre remarque, nous avons acheté un parasol qui sera prochainement livré. Enfin concernant la propreté, les draps et linge de maison sont systématiquement changés après chaque location et confiés à une blanchisserie professionnelle. Le ménage du chalet est également fait par une conciergerie professionnelle. Je prends note de vos remarques afin d'améliorer la qualité de service proposée. Bien à vous. Benoit
