Gated, exclusive, private, clean and comfortable. This is the condo for the discerning traveler who values privacy, and wants to avoid the crowded beaches.

This low density tower only has 24 units, No waiting in lines. NO Crowds. NO stress.

Featuring almost 2000 sq ft this unit with its massive wrap around balcony and windows everywhere has tons of room, tons of light, and tons of space so you never feel cramped on vacation. It is among the most roomy, elegant and unique floor plans anywhere. Like having your own private beach home, with very little crowd.

NOTE: Grande Surf Club is only available to families who want a low key vacation. Absolutely NO party groups, Teen Groups, etc. Must be at least 25 to book, and parent or guardian must stay in the unit. This is NOT the condo for crazy partying groups. This is all about the low key lifestyle.

Massive living room bathed in glass and views of the beach, coastline, surf, and sunsets. One of the largest living, dining rooms on the entire gulf.

The kitchen is supersized, well stocked, and laid out to prepare any meal.

The master is Huge with direct balcony access, gulf views, and opulent ensuite bath with dual vanities, huge soaking tub and separate shower and water closet.

The guest bedroom also has gulf and coastline views and features a queen bed and adjacent bath

The bunk room offers 2 sets of twin bunks, City views, and adjacent bath.

This property allows for no parking of recreational vehicles, golf carts, personal watercraft (boats, trailers, etc.) anywhere on property. This unit does not have covered parking. Secure elevator with privacy code. Makes this complex safe, secure and easy to socially distance.

Heated Pool, easy walk out to the beach.. like having your own beach house.

NOTE: Parking for up to two vehicles. Additional vehicles may utilize public parking that is available nearby.

Only weekend to weekend rentals in the peak summer months of June, July and August.

Must be over 25 to book, there must be a guest over 25 at all times in the property.

No smoking, pets, or vaping allowed.

Beach stay

Beautiful condo and views. We had some difficulties using elevator when arrived. Other people were given code also but when using code wouldn’t work. Other person called mgr. No code needed. Just manually push buttons. * but obviously that has nothing to do with unit. Daily military jet flyovers, which we enjoyed watching. Beautiful beach. Considering was spring break…not a busy, packed beach. We would consider renting here again

Perfect vacation!!

Had an absolutely wonderful time with our family!! Was a beautiful condo with tons of space, amazing views and every amenity one could want. It was the nicest accommodation we have ever had on a trip. We have been to the Florida panhandle 3 times in the last few years and we and our kids all agree this was the best trip of them all due to this location and accommodation. We were also really impressed with how responsive and helpful Christy with Warren Beach Rentals was when we needed help with a parking pass for our accessibility trailer we use to haul our son’s equipment. We are already talking about our next trip!!

Great Stay

I will give Warren Beach Rentals a five star rating! We have stayed in PCB several times and have had bad experiences with management companies. WBR provided great customer service and was always quick to respond to any of our small issues. The condo views are unbeatable. The pictures are very accurate. We especially liked the fact that the condo is small in size and feels very private. The location to St. Andrews Park was perfect. The beach (always beautiful) seems much more quiet than the beaches in front of the mega unit condos in the area. We had a couple of small issues when we first arrived. When reported, the issues were solved immediately and without question. My only negative was that we were charged 2 cleaning fees for a 2 month stay. When I questioned this charge I was told that policy no longer exists but was in place at the time I booked. I have booked through WBR for next year and was not charged 2 fees so I’m glad they changed this policy. The condo kitchen was well supplied with good quality dishes and pots and pans. The appliances seemed new and of good quality. The furniture shows a bit of age and the decor a bit outdated but again was as pictured. I would stay here again, no questions.
