The first thing you will want to do when you arrive is to fling open the drapes – beginning in the front master bedroom and continuing to the gulf master bedroom. Step outside on the private wrap around balcony to take in the soothing sights and sounds of Panama City Beach, where you’ll delight in the temperate breezes and amazing sunsets. There is 120 feet of balcony that surrounds this unit. Feel free to chase a rainbow across the sky. About one percent of Panama City Beach condos offer wrap-around balconies.
From inside this professionally decorated condo, where fine art graces the walls, you’ll delight in wonderful vistas from each of the numerous windows and glass doors. The gulf master bedroom with a king-sized bed opens up to views of the crystalline blue-green waters of the gulf. The second master bedroom, with a queen-sized bed and private balcony, overlooks the bays, the Grand Lagoon, and waterways everywhere. The third sleeping area features two twin beds. The oversized living room features queen size sofa sleeper

Seychelles Beach Resort is also like no other. Located on sleepy Gulf Drive, a block off Thomas Drive, the resort offers a carnival atmosphere of visitors and local residents walking to restaurants and shops.
Stroll next door to Schooners, known as the last local beach club, where locals come to dine and dance. Don’t miss the grouper sandwich there – it is as good as they say.
Save some time to drive up the beach to our new Pier Park Center. Here you will find a hundred new shops and restaurants. Pier Park was developed to have something for everyone, and it has succeeded brilliantly. From the condo you will also be within walking distance of St. Andrews State Park, and only moments from the marina, where you’ll find excursions to unforgettable Shell Island.
This is a dreamland setting. The beach is blooming with both activity and restfulness.
PARKING:
Parking permits for onsite are $25 per vehicle, 2 max, except as noted below during peak season.
Seychelles only allows one vehicle during peak season and certain holidays due to limited parking. Currently only one vehicle is allowed on site per unit for the following dates:
• May 22 through 25, 2025
• June 14 through July 26, 2025
• August 28, 2025 through September 1, 2025
• October 19, 2025 on Sunday during Schooner’s Lobsterfest, should it occur
Guests traveling with more than one vehicle during the above dates will need to make their own offsite parking arrangements. Public parking with pay by app is available on Churchwell Drive behind the Ocean Villa parking garage and behind Burger King at the intersection of Richard Jackson Boulevard and Front Beach Road. There are three primary paid parking lots on the beach operated by the City of Panama City Beach. These lots are located at 9941 Thomas Drive, 600 Henley Drive at Churchwell and Front Beach Road, and 11209 Front Beach Road at Richard Jackson Boulevard

We chose this unit so that our family would have private retreat in a wonderful neighborhood.
Why they chose this property
Seychelles is located directly on the beach but in a family area of Panama City Beach. We wanted a place where you can actually walk to shops and restaurants without walking on Thomas Drive. Seychelles Resort is on Gulf Drive; a street that visitors and locals alike walk day and night.
What makes this property unique
There simply aren't many condos in Panama City Beach that offer five windows facing west or a 120 ft wrap around balcony. This top floor unit has 270 degree views. Because of the location the westward view faces seven miles of sugar white beaches.
