Using extra sheets will result in $175.00 administrative fee. GUEST MUST take the trash to the street Wednesday night or a $200.00 trash fee applies.

Location

Location is excellent. Short walk to very nice beach. House is large with lots of room. A bit dated and could use some TLC but overall experience was great.

2022 Dance Nationals

Property was in a great location, the teens loved having the pool and hot tub during their downtime and wished they had the chance to use the game room above the garage. Kitchen was nicely updated, bathrooms could use some updates. Beautiful house with a lot of space to spread out.
